Great interview! Thanks Milos, for your wonderful insight and ability to share knowledge. It would be greatly appreciated if you become a regular on the Podcast. Ben I can't begin to thank you as well, you have had the most influence on me. I started following your work after I seen you on a video with Michael Chang. That's been many years ago. Thanks again!
Hi Ben i've been doing mi40 for many many years when Im working out. Ive been on and off with workout due to difficulities in my life but resently I had more surpuls and started training MI40 again (lost 11 pounds) in 1 month. At beginning I was very sceptic about Mi40 but after a while, Ive been trying to teach people of this kind of work out style. At first people were sceptic (as I were and didn't give it any attention) then there was 1 friend that I finally got to show how Mi40 works and he told me meanwhile and after workout that he never had this such experience of training before and his mucles were swell up and he was sore the next 5 days. Even though he worked out for years without getting sore anymore. Im thinking about buying your new Mi40 workout plan but waiting few months to get used to the old program of Mi40 again. I can tell you now, that my body has changed a lot and people comment about how fast I lost weight and how muscular I developed in short time. Even the other guys in the gym are jealous, how fast my physic has change in short of time. I thank you so much for giving us this great workout. My body is about to get back as it were when I was 19 years old, lean and fit! More people should learn about MI40 since I find it the best and easiest way to lose weight, gain muscles and get lean faster than any other workout programs out there. Friendly regards from Denmark
These podcasts can only be better if we can see your expressions and faces while u are talking , especially because its a bit hard to sometimes understand milos, its easier if we can see him.
A natural lifter would not benefit much from Milos' BS methods and they both know it. In order to keep progressing and getting bigger, a natural lifter needs to keep getting stronger, and this is not achieved by drinking carbs while doing sets of 20.
This gets an automatic LIKE once I read Milos Sarcev!
