Am i the only bodybuilder who actually enjoy chicken and diets. Sometimes i can eat something different, but in general i eat chicken and rice every day and i find it delicious.
One of the best things you can do for your kidneys/liver is consume plenty of healthy greens, eating them, also drinking them, green powders are great. Greens nourish our organs and buffer acidity, even blending or juicing collard greens, some parsley/celery. Our organs are constantly filtering things for us, when you consume healthy greens and alkaline foods is like a a holiday for for your organs. Love these videos from milos, he’s the man! What damages kidneys is smoking and its not one thing because people who smoke strain their kidneys to filter out all the toxins from the smoke and then you ad to that sugar and junk food and all that will damage your kidneys and then it will seem proteins are causing problems but its not that, its the damage thats already been done. Also if you take NAC regularly it will help your kidneys a lot and liver a lot to detoxify.
I go with Milos ( from back in 1990 ) and he says the ( scientific and experimented) truth. From an highest view, in general,, neoglucogenesis and oxidation processes are undisputable.The C-O-H elements and the structure of ‘em in the food is the unavoidable base.( many other processes occurs) If I’d add something - among so many factors occurring and in relation to topic- I’d choose the body’s needs and demands; not only to satisfy the sub-singles processes, but in BB, the intensity of training, the consumption after the “cellular storm” by it, up regulates EVERY SINGLE ORGAN ( kidney included) and the entire system as result. Replicating the living matter - out the the ordinary pace of accretion and grow - doesn’t happen with a low employ of new matter again. ( Super-compensation is a different perspective of the same thing, involving the plus-extra to synthesize) [ just to mention: various gradients, inflammation, environment in the viscera, mastication, hydration etc etc -imho- have further role among all biochemical processes occurring ]
Different sources of protein seem to have different effects on my body. If I take in too much whey I get bloated and I retain water. If you're healthy and your kidneys are healthy, then you should be fine. Meat for "fiber" though???🤔🤷♂️😆
So you are going to eat 11kg grass per day and you are sure that your gut microbiome is ready and optimised to digest that? You think there is no coincidence that gorillas, bisons and cows all eat those massive amounts of plants yet their brains are tiny in comparison to size? Humans have started to eat more and more plant based and depend more on agriculture grains etc. Last thousands of years our brain also started getting smaller in volume. That is what will happend with bigger and more volume foods with lower nutrients. We grew our brains with what? 80%meat 20% plant foraging. Now the average caloric intake from animals is 15-20%.. yet we have more ailments from foods than ever. Only heartattacks less than last 40y since we realized it’s maybe not that great smoking indoors and living in benzenes and other carcinogens for decades on end 😂
He’s pathetic he’s a 57-58 year old man still thinking he’s completing. If you can’t stay off it and train without it at that age then he’s seriously a junkie..
going to someone like this for advice is not a good thing- they have "steroid" experience - not a natural life view- once you take roids or any chemicals to enhance your body - your reputation is crap-

I been blending tuna, chicken ,& eggs for 20 years. I mix with whey iso, oatmeal, spinach, and Sugar free Gatorade.
Does the Gatorade mask the task?

That’s an exception but there are many that are very low fat, tuna, tilapia and cod to name a few.
