I used this recipe and it works fantastic I started bleeding my blue fish after I catch him makes a big difference the only thing I added to your recipe was I put provolone cheese in the microwave melted it drizzled over top of it While it was in the pan magnificent thank you. BK

It taste very good. But have to use Victoria sauce if using jar. Tried it with others,,,, not so good.
