Great thanks. Just wanted to add that you need to enable the Produce with Controller option if Options is not available (greyed out), add captions then you can disable player before rendering.

@Hassan Mafi, that's a very important question, something every youtuber avoid in their video, we call it UP CARET.
Again, these software are not really tailored to Sync.
I have used the Rev Dash Edit tool, and it's the best and easiest tool out there.
The next best is Amara, though it's a bit limited.

Your video is very useful. However, the subtitles are too long. The reason Camtasia shows some text in grey is that it isn't ADA compliant. There should be no more than 32 characters per line, and the caption should appear for between 3 and 7 seconds before moving to the next caption.
