The only ones he does not criticize are his two Dzogchen Masters. Other than those, he vehemently attacks and despises anyone. He is an anticlerical. It is hard and cold like an iceberg. In my personal view, it is a disgrace that someone with that character, devoided of loving - kindness, compassion and gentlness is teaching Dzogchen - and it's a sign of the current times of degeneration.
Many interviews involve assertion and attainment. Jigme Linpa warns against such. Don't recollect on your meditation and views. He said if a person retreats in a valley of snakes that person can stray into arrogance
Quite simply you will not find a single Tibetan Lama who would accept that there are highly realised Dzogchen masters in the west. And you have to be realised to be a teacher, its that simple. There are too many red flags here as this guy talks endlessly about himself and his 'experiences'.
Buddhism doesnt look for acceptance...it is not about esteem. Seeker will investigate and find their teacher easterner, westerner makes no difference. Ofcourse due to cultural affinity and location, eastener student may find eastern master more suitable and vice versa.

There are many teachers with realization, but not at the level of HH Dalai Lama, Chogyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche, Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche, etc... It is possible to attain realization for westerners, and some have even sat in tukdam. But I think to become a great bodhisattva is a different story...

And define the “realization” necessary to be qualified as a Dzogchen teacher
