    That was a rough and uncontrolled rollover, too bad. Fortunately it went well.

    Interesting to see that not everyone uses a Rotator.

    So that's what the pineapple was for. Great recovery, nice job! Love the videos.

      Well I figured the typical beep over a curse word was boring so we had a dispatcher say pineapples instead

    I saw on another wrecker video, they had zip ties on their rim slings to make it easier to feed through wheels.

    Hey man just being curious. I want to get into heavy duty towing and i was wondering why did you put the chains over the axles when you were rigging for the flip over? Im guessing if the box gets detected from the frame so it can flip together? Thank you and awesome video btw

    • @MercifulTowing
      @MercifulTowing  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      The chains support the axle when we pull on the axle. Keep the shocks/airbags/springs from being over stretched and broke during the upright process.

    My only thing is you would think that the first responders would at least move to one side or the other to be out of your way when you are trying to rig up like your videos be safe and have a great day Sam

    Why not use the second wrecker in front as a catch to keep the hard drop from happening instead of a low winch out line???

    just wondered never seen one pulled over that fast usually they eas up and slow down just before it tipps why you pulled so fast

    • @MercifulTowing
      @MercifulTowing  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      What the video doesn't show is that it rolled up hill so even tho I did let off it has to land past center which gave it more time to fall causing it to fall faster.

    Hey buddy I don't know who left that comment said you screwed the guy by having two trucks on scene it's better to have two trucks on a scene like that cuz you never know what's going to happen and it's always good to have a second set of hands and plus the guy Shane might be a rookie and every bit of training experience that he can get would be good because you never know what Shane's going to have to be out there by his self and all that teaching that he got on this job and other jobs to come will help so whoever sent you that comment you screwed the guy by having two trucks on scene send him back a comment and tell him to stick it in his ear he don't know what he's talking about it's always good to have a second pair of hands and you never know if you need a second truck and you can't stop what you're doing because you got a truck in the middle of the road to call for another truck even though you didn't use that truck he was there but she also going to give him experience on how to tow that truck back to the yard and learning experience it's the most great thing the more learning that you can get running one of those tow trucks or any kind of piece of heavy equipment the more the better you cannot have too much learning and too much training all right man you have yourself a good day I'm like I said whoever left you that comment send email or text message or whatever and tell him to stick it any do you don't know nothing about it people try to arm chair or everything and they think they know everything but let them get out there and crawl into one of them big suckers and you'll see that they don't know crap all right man you have yourself a good day

    catch line from second wrecker?

    • @MercifulTowing
      @MercifulTowing  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thought about it but that wrecker has very slow winches so catching with it is not always a good idea especially when you cant be straight to it, also in my mind since the truck was empty just flop it and clear the road, the highway department was on us as this is a main route in and out of 2 towns less than a mile off the interstate.

    There should never ever be a none catch on up rights , you should be paying for over damages of the up right operations, all up rights need catch technology to stop the sudden fall back to the ground ,anyone can upright , but the professional toll recovery specialist like me would and have done no damage recovery operations for years 40 years , good , you should learn how to catch the upright vehicle back on the ground , your camera work is making everyone sea sick , way to fast on your moving of the camera 🎥 lol thanks BigAl California. Praise Jesus (grace) Christ amen, thanks BigAl California

      I'd love to see an upright go 100% smooth without a rotator the truck in the front was hooked up to prevent from going downhill and he was doing the recovery off the side would he then need another heavy hooked up from the other side as the catch??

    • @dannyc1657
      @dannyc1657 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@rightwaytowing7218setting the brakes and chocking the wheels will prevent this from happening.. they teach this is WreckMaster just for this reason so the second unit could be used to catch. And a rotator is not necessary in this situation as a catch vehicle
