7:05b for the ibis you need to key in the exact focal length of the lens in the menu's so that the ibis can properly calculate the corrections, as the lenses don't communicate with the camera. I ran into the same issue on my r7 but after doing that it worked fine
The footage looks really nice I have to admit. My only fear with lenses like this is using manual focus, especially with a fast moving subject like the dancer! Are you just eye balling the focus?

Thanks so much for the tip!
Loving the real world examples, that was a great review buddy!
Thank you :)
Appreciating the real life samples, enjoyed the review Aaron 👍
My pleasure!
Great review man. Enjoyed the real world test as well.
Thanks! 👍
That was a great watch and loved the test footage!
Glad to hear it :)
Awesome review dude, these lenses look sweeeet!
Thanks buddy :)
I always wondered about f stop and t stop and now I know!
Glad to have helped :)
Loving the bokeh on these, it looks nice on the 55mm
Agreed!
Bokeh is niceeeee!
Enjoyed this review dude. Looks great for the price, but as a noob definitely sticking to photography and auto focus lenses at least for now.
Fair enough! Thanks for the kind words :)
Nice review bro!
Appreciate it!
5:38 this is definitely better for me to visualize compared to focus charts 😄
Glad it was helpful :)
Is the A roll graded at all? It does look quite soft and green tinted but I like the dance footage!
Nope, straight out of camera!
Wow looks nice!! I didn't know you could even get cine lenses at this price.
100%!
Love all the test footage, the colours look great. The 24mm look a bit soft but I can't tell if it's just youtube compression or not.
Thanks! It is probably the softest of the 3 lenses.
@@RudyVisuals Hmm I've seen a few other reviews and it does seem soft in general. The 55mm and 75mm lenses look nice though.
Would this be a good choice for fx30? I don't take stills so have been interested in cine lenses for a while.
They would be great for an fx30!
Thanks for another quality review. Dumb question but can you use cine lenses for stills?
Technically yes but not they're designed for stills so there's not really any point from my POV.
@@RudyVisuals Yeah I see your point I just wanted to know if there was a physical limitation on lenses like this.
Are you planning to release the dance footage as like a full edit? Would be great to see the footage graded.
Yep will be, hopefully next week :)
🔥🔥🔥

It's definitely a challenge but with focus peaking turned on it's not too bad!
Is there autofocusing or manual ??
It's MF only :)
These look quite decent for the price tbh
The look is very soft and dreamy but I see what you mean about this not being suitable for corporate work
Are they chinese made lenses?
They are but don't let that put you off. Lots of chinese brands have a very good reputation :)
I'm giving this a like for Kitty at the start 😸🐈
Pixie says many thanks!
Came here for the dance footage 😍
Thanks for coming :)
