- Once again Japanese ¥100 stores (or dollar store) blow me away by both their quality and vast array of products! This time we take a look at washi tape and all of the washi tape-related products they have to offer! Of course we also some fun illustrations using the washi tape!

In all seriousness, a children's book about blood would be really cute. I had one that tells a story where placelets are trying to protect the childs' body and their blood cell friends by covering up the wound; but the child kept peeling their scab which prevents the platelets from saving anyone. I really loved that book, I wish I still had it.
dan so Cells At Work? That’s basically an anime about the body. It has blood and violence but I’m pretty sure Japanese kids watch it too

I think Japan puts more priority on producing products (or a service) they are proud to put their name on. North America, I think, is a little more driven by money and profit. :(
Kasey Golden it’s actually something called an economic bubble, In which companies try to make cheap products with really good quality to make people indulge in it more.

I’ve been watching your channel for a couple of years, and I love your content. You are incredibly talented and I just kind of adore your personality and the way you relate to subscribers in your videos. But i have to tell you- this video may be my favorite EVER! I have never seen anyone (on youtube or otherwise) use washi like this! It was so much fun to watch! I actually set my phone down, stopped what I was doing, and watched the entire thing. PLEASE, PLEASE do a whole series of washi tape illustrations! I would love it SO MUCH! Thanks for keeping us entertained during the “Viral Spiral”, as I lovingly refer to it. Hope you’re staying safe and healthy!
i would probably put some form of varnish or sealent over the washi tape
just so that it doesnt become a mess and gets ruined in a month or even a week
To answer your question about “What to eat when you can’t cook?”, I suggest simple things with few steps.
Such as; spaghetti, boxed mac & cheese (add extra cheese and place in 450 oven for 5-8 mins for a little crust and cheesiness), fried rice, “gourmet sandwiches” (simply a large sandwich with more and/or better ingredients), Roast vegetables, bag rice (flavors like Spanish rice and broccoli+ cheddar), and Pairing box meals with fresh produce and protein.
I hope this was a little helpful, I’m a professional and private chef and I know how hard it can be for those who just don’t know how cook especially during a time like this. Let me know if you need more or different ideas~
I appreciate the input, but I'm also trying to avoid a lot of carbs. As a Diabetic I just don't feel like dealing with bread, pasta, and rice unless I'm REALLY craving it. :(
I've only got 6 days left of quarantine, so I can survive off of carrots and bagged salads just a little longer, hahaha.

I really enjoy the creativity of these. Neat.
I’ve found some stationary stores sell these tiny tiny clear glue sticks and they work great for sticking the edges of stubborn washi tape! The tips are small enough to fit on a washi tape and they stick nicely, but can also be used for other stationary like paper and stickers!

I think you used the clear cutting box upside down, the sticky side of the tape should always stick to the cutting part. Also, I recommend cutting the tape straight down to get a nice cut. (English is my second language so sorry in advance) 💕

Aw man I wanted you to make a gore princess. You could use the tapes for dress decoration and he lace for the skirt decoration... and the gore part could be used with the caution set of tape.

I hope this summer I go to Japan and buy all of this stuff that in italy (where I am currently living) I can't find, Japan is full of cute things that I love! Like hello kitty concert, cat caffes,shops that sells lolita and other famous styles in Japan, just, Japan is soo cute!
i would suggest a clear coat of some sort of sealent such as mod podge to stop the tape from peeling
I tend to give my washi tape creations a coat of mod podge over top (some times under if the tape is really stubborn) to make sure they don't peel up.

You could also use a black paper with the washy tape as background for space. Just thinking along...
Maybe brush on a sealant like modpodge and put pressure on it when drying so the edges of the tape don’t keep peeling up :)
