    Thank you. This is helpful. Sometimes I feel like I can’t breathe when I am in presentation mode. My face gets bright red. I start to ramble. I almost feel unconscious. I feel for anyone else who goes through this. I have tried so much and it is still very hard. Been my biggest road block in my life….myself.

      Same, 65 and have been struggling with this all my life. Now I want to be more active with different civic and political groups and want to be able to speak better in public. Dry mouth has always been my biggest problem. Good luck.

    I will practice....for me if I'm about to give any presentation, I'm shivering and my body is fully tight up n when i try to speak i can't even open my mouth even when i think positively and i remembered once at the age of 14,now it was 10 years, when i was asked to lead a prayer there's not even a word coming out until someone came and replaces me....can you help me Sir

      Hi LM thanks for your comment. One strategy you could use is to go back in your memory and go talk to you inner child and tell him its going to be ok and encourage him before he starts the presentation. It seems maybe you created an actor or trauma for yourself at that age and are reliving the moments every-time you go back on stage. Mindfullness can also help. If it doesnt help you can always take a private appointment with me. Hope this helps
