I made these for dinner along with a pot of beef stew. These rolls are so good! I actually wanted to make a whole loaf of bread but since the baker in this video made rolls I thought why not? I'm sure this would work for a whole loaf of bread too though. Has anyone used this recipe for a whole loaf?

I tried this last night and the bread is really soft, even after 12 hours.. try this recipe. Your bread will taste really good. EDIT: I tried making this recipe for the second time adding 1 more TBSP of sugar. adding more sugar makes the dough hard to form. it became more sticky and I needed more time to knead it.

    • @xoxohonna

A regular grocery store should always carry some powdered milk. I just buy generic to save money. Most of it is skim and I use that. Powdered milk with the fat in it may be harder to find.

The only reason this bread doesnt last days is because its too good. I use your other similar recipe (that has sweetened condensed milk) and have to double it to make the bread last longer than a day. Love your recipes
