Seeing Lisa Marie talk about how protective she is of Austin brought tears to my eyes. A mother who lost her son with a son who lost his mother…it’s a friendship that both of them need and I hope it’s healing for both of them to some degree. Plus the fact that Austin so accurately portrayed a father that Lisa lost when she was young. It’s a full-circle moment in many ways. Some friendships are just meant to be. I think theirs is such. ❤️❤️❤️
She really was never the same after her son committed suicide, and I think Austin filled that void. RIP Lisa Marie. Sending your Children and Mom prayers of comfort during this painful time.
Thanks to Austin, she died a happy woman. He channelled her father in the movie, but channelled her son in real life. You can see there was a real love there x
Lisa Marie truly loved Austin. They bonded. I’m praying for Priscilla, and Lisa Marie’s children… but also Austin. I know he will never forget the words and praise from her. Austin gave her a gift, by finally doing her Dad justice. This is all heartbreaking. May Lisa Marie be in the warm loving arms of her Dad, and son. 🙏🏻💙
You can see the bond between Austin and Lisa. It's amazing. He's playing her father and it's like Lisa and her father were reunited after all the years apart. When Elvis wondered if anyone would ever remember him. It's like he imbodied Austin and guided him into this role. It happened for Austin, Elvis' family, and the important message it brought to the world. Elvis brought so many people together all over the world. It's proof the world can be brought together in peace rather than wars.
I absolutely believe that Austin Butler got to the point where Elvis’ soul was able to intermingle with his own. He believes it, too, and has alluded to the same type of thing in various interviews. When Lisa saw Austin portray her father, it must have almost seemed as if she had her father back again. For a time, she was able to see him laughing and talking and moving in ways I think she almost forgot. What an incredible gift. And now, they’re together again. ❤❤
No. She was not protective of MJ. She took every chance between 2003-2005 to throw him under the bus and create innuendo around Michael's innocence or guilt ( she put out negative shit knowing he was into women). Lisa Marie was embarking on her first album release; the one Michael Jackson refused to par take in during their publicity stunt. MJ fans called her ass out and began flooding her official website demanding she tell the truth and stop using every opportunity to bash him as she promoted her upcoming " going nowhere music career". She was a bitter woman in the end towards Michael Jackson. Don't rewrite history just because she is Elvis kid and is now dead. She has used her privilege and had the privilege card pulled enough during her lifetime. She was NOT protective of Michael Jackson. She wanted to see him hurt more.

Yes, that´s exactly why Lisa waited until over 30 with her singing career and it´s sad she was still not given fair chance. Because she really is good singer-songwriter in her own right.
Elvis having one child and the fact he has 3 grandchildren is amazing atleast they pass on the family pool and now he is looking down and proud of his granddaughters and holding his grandson and daughter
This is such a poignant interview. It’s so real and raw. I felt the same as Lisa Marie; I was expecting to be disappointed. But that movie just blew me away! I am certain that Elvis thinks of Austin as a long-lost son. Elvis is so proud of Austin because he truly took the time to honor his memory. Which is what all spirits want is to be remembered. Spirits show their love through lights. So he was telling you Austin that he was right there with you! Elvis is also protective of Austin because he truly respects the family and their wishes!
I loved the review that was given by Lisa to Austin. No other review matters other than the review given by the daughter and granddaughter of Elvis Presley.
Brings tears to my eyes. This was good for her. Maybe meant for Lisa Marie. Something n Someone Special that lifted her up. Really Blessed her And her Mom♥️. A gift before leaving this place. Thank You Austin♥️for reaching out to the Presleys♥️. GOD BLESS YOU ALL🌺♥️‼️
This is so heart warming to see Lisa marie so protective of Austin just how much they meant to each other in such a mother/son way. I wish death didn’t exist and she’d still be with us💔
Riley …. what an amazing young lady. Lisa, you must be so proud of her. She’s so wise and she loves you sooo much. Beautiful people… Austin we fall in Love with you now. I hope you realise you’ll be forever in all Elvis’s fans and we Love you. Elvis is smiling….We all miss him a lot!!!!!
I must honestly admit, I was never an Elvis fan until I saw this movie. There was always mixed feelings about him growing up in a black community, but this film gave me a whole new respect for the artist. Elvis was like a musical cultural bridge. Can’t imagine what he carried on his shoulders.
I watched it last night and it made me emotional, it kind of dawned on me how lonely Elvis was really aside from the chaotic fame and it was nice to see him humanized for once. Like he's done some crazy shit but still...
I'm sorry but also as someone from the black community I still fully believe Elvis was RACIST. Michael Jackson is the true king and he won over her daughter!!
No, the other way around. I don't want to sound like I know anyone, but I feel she was beginning to smile more, accept the reality, finding a way to a little peace. She was always a shadow of her former self since Ben passed.
Lisa Marie was right she had no idea who Austin was once getting to know him and then knowing that he went through so much time and commitment to achieve what’s make people have tried to do but Austin put his heart and soul into this performance, when Lisa said she doesn’t want anybody hurting him or talking bad about him you get that feeling that she knew exactly what she was saying because Austin NAILED and KILLED it so good🫡🥹🫡🥹 Austin I’ll see it once I see it again mission accomplished well done sublime superb excellent fantastic job well done I pray that you get exactly what you deserve
Thinking very much about Riley and her whole family. So sorry for them, they deserved at least to keep Lisa close to them. We all needed to see Lisa going on being strong. So so sorry...
Austin and Lisa Marie had a beautiful relationship, he lost his mam and she lost her son, and they found comfort and peace in eachother, he brought her some happiness over last few years, and in the blink of an eye she's gone, so very sad 😭😭💔💔💔
❤❤❤ Lisa said it best. I waited too because I grew up watching and listening to Elvis for years. My Mom loved him so much and it felt like I knew him. I didn't even know he was dead 2 years before I was born; that's HOW ALIVE ELVIS WAS IN MY MUSLIM ISLANDER HOUSEHOLD IN NOR CAL. I learned English and singing before all else. I had every Elvis movie and performance recorded on VHS (UNTIL MY IDIOT BROTHERS RECORDED NINER GAMES OVER THEM YEARS LATER!) Funny thought huh? So when I hear a Elvis movie is coming out, all these years later when No One Dared (THANK GOD); I was excited and devastated. Would HIS/ELVIS' TRUE STORY BE TOLD? WOULD THE ACTOR BE GOOD ENOUGH TO MAKE US FEEL WHAT ELVIS MAKES US FEEL? SO I DIDN'T WATCH IN THEATERS LIKE I WAS SCHEDULED TO. NOW ALMOST 1.5 YEARS LATER, AMAZON RELEASED A SPECIAL SELECTION OF MOVIES AND ELVIS WAS THERE. I, finally, after 2 weeks of thinking about it, gave in. ❤ Austin Butler, You Won My heart and soul. Thank you for being the determined shy you. That was Elvis too. You portrayed our beloved Star/Voice of an Angel to the TEE... I AM STILL WATCHING IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Rest in peace Lisa Marie. Be with your father and his eternal love and the Son you lost. I lost my father when I was barely 7 and life just became horrifying. Daddy's lil girl too. Didn't realize all his presence protected us from till they're gone.😢
She is So Real !! Rest in Peace Angel !!

You are spot on I truly feel the same no doubt 100%
My familys deepest condolences on the passing of Lisa Marie today to her family.
Rest in peace Lisa Marie you were so beautiful person congratulations Austin butler you did amazing job playing elvis I love you and Lisa Marie ❤
This is and always will be THE AMAZING INTERVIEW EVER! We love you forever. Never forgotten.
That is such a high phrase from Elvis' daughter. 👏 😲

Riley, I like you, sweetheart - I think your granddad would be very proud of you
Austin reminded her of her son. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
So precious, what interviews, thank God.
This is so heart warming to see Lisa marie so protective of Austin just how much they meant to each other in such a mother/son way. I wish death didn’t exist and she’d still be with us💔
😢 I almost made it through without crying
She was so great lisa girl so real crying miss her already praying for cilla riley and the twin girls and danny
I am so glad they met and shared this time together..
WOW Riley has her Grandfather's Smile and cheekbones & eyes somewhat!!!! This is so sweet with Lisa Marie & Austin
This is extremely sad watching this now after the loss of Lisa!
Rip LMP
Glad Lisa got to see Austin win at the Oscars before she passed away. ( Golden Globes )
🥴
Riley …. what an amazing young lady.
This breaks my heart 😢💔
It’s so sad to see how rapidly she declined. She seemed so healthy in this interview. She was a shadow of herself right before she passed away.
No, the other way around. I don't want to sound like I know anyone, but I feel she was beginning to smile more, accept the reality, finding a way to a little peace. She was always a shadow of her former self since Ben passed.
They are all so sweet and humble
God bless this family and help them through this sorrow
We get to hear her own words about the movie and her dad and one of her children who is strong and following her dream....May she rest well....
Lisa Marie was right she had no idea who Austin was once getting to know him and then knowing that he went through so much time and commitment to achieve what’s make people have tried to do but Austin put his heart and soul into this performance, when Lisa said she doesn’t want anybody hurting him or talking bad about him you get that feeling that she knew exactly what she was saying because Austin NAILED and KILLED it so good🫡🥹🫡🥹
Austin I’ll see it once I see it again mission accomplished well done sublime superb excellent fantastic job well done
I pray that you get exactly what you deserve
Thinking very much about Riley and her whole family. So sorry for them, they deserved at least to keep Lisa close to them. We all needed to see Lisa going on being strong. So so sorry...
Austin and Lisa Marie had a beautiful relationship, he lost his mam and she lost her son, and they found comfort and peace in eachother, he brought her some happiness over last few years, and in the blink of an eye she's gone, so very sad 😭😭💔💔💔
Love this interview
They. Definitely had a connection. I feel bad for Austin too
❤❤❤ Lisa said it best.
Didn't realize all his presence protected us from till they're gone.😢
rest in peace lisa marie presley. 🫶🏻🥺
Riley seems like a good down to earth person who values her own worth & achievements
Rest in sweet peace, Lisa Marie.

Riley is a sweet girl. I think Elvis would be very proud of Lisa and his grandchildren.
