Third Party Cooperation after Sentencing - Reductions Under Federal Rule 35(b)
In the case of new cooperation to be offered by an incarcerated person after sentencing, it is vital that the incarcerated person have counsel to approach the prosecutor and find out if the government is interested in the cooperation that the inmate wishes to provide.
