  • Tonesa Welch came through for her first-ever VladTV interview, where she opened up about her rise to becoming the First Lady of BMF. She detailed growing up in Detroit, getting in the streets, and linking up with a man named Harold Mills, who introduced her to brothers Big Meech and Southwest T. The two men later formed BMF, and Tonesa explained that she was married to Harold and friends with Southwest T before later getting in a romantic relationship with him. Tonesa then detailed her relationship with Southwest T, which started after she divorced her then-husband while he was in prison, and Tonesa also spoke about the downfall of BMF while she was with Southwest T. She then spoke about going to prison, along with her son, Southwest T, Big Meech, and other BMF associates. To hear more, including Tonesa speaking about Southwest T’s release from prison, and addressing claims made by Sosa, hit the full interview above.

It is vital to Eat healthier than you did when you were in your teenage years. Lotion, moisturizer and vitamins are the key. Nuts, prunes, 🍓🍑 fruits and vegetables. Drinking 🚰 lots of water.. Castor oil, coco Butter (Palmer's) and Prenatal pills. Stretching.. no Meat,no soda's ,no drugs,no cigarettes... Of course walking, trying to avoid sun burning 🥵 on the skin.. Keeping your weight between 125_130 if you are 5"5 . Stretching...self manual massage trigger 👉 points... We will age and the elasticity in the skin will wear down. I find the longer you have a period.. your body looks like that of 25-35 yrs. Sometimes DNA plays a part. Steam room's are a blessing ..sweating out that crap.. Ahhh..!

First, she looks amazing! I honestly thought she was in her 40s. I enjoyed hearing her pov, one that seemed unbiased and raw. I felt her rant, she needed to finally respond and as a human that has experienced what she has, she was very respectful and valid in doing so. The way bmf has influenced an era, they all deserve credit in some way. I hope her opportunities continue to flourish!

In my opinion this is the best interview from vladtv not because of vladtv, because of Toni, she spoke her truth which is the truth, she spoke about redeeming herself from the pain she caused the community and she is doing so she talked about her family and the pain she caused them so she went to prison and she vowed to not return and do the right thing for her family and community, she is not bitter, she lived her life the way she wanted and knew the consequences she took her licks and keep on ticking not many people in her position male or female could stand up to do many becomes (Rats) Much Love To You Toni you are a True Woman, Mother, Friend, Detroiter, Soldier, Mad Respect!

When she admitted to taking at least 5 people to prison with her and recognizing they were following her lead that resonated b/c she recognize it was because she introduced them to the game. There is no way she could be blamed for bringing anybody down b/c that was set in motion before her …
