It made me excited when they showed the Northland tower on the show. Me and my mom spent many Saturdays at Northland in the 80s. I'm a mall person. It's one of my favorite places. Northland was the first mall in Michigan in 1954. The 80s was such a fun time. I can just imagine a bunch of big time people shopping at Northland during that time. Unfortunately, it closed in 2015. Makes me sad every time I think about it.
