Cuffy and his attorney don’t sound bright at all.. Why would he plea to a ghost gun? How did he plea to 10 years for something he said was thrown out because Tammy was sleeping with agent? How did Suarez escape the whole situation all together?
Looks like Cuffy didn’t understand the mission. Meech had dirt on an agent which would then get any drug case the agent built against them thrown out (Cuffy, Suarez and Meech), and it worked. But Cuffy apparently did the Tee and was running his mouth on the phone about ordering a murder. That’s what he got caught up for. His big mouth.

I think you're confused on some things. He said they were trying to put bodies on him, so he copped to a gun. That has nothing to do with what Tammy had going on or who she slept with. He admitted they got him from the phone the first few minutes of the conversation. I don't know how you changed a botched setup into Meech having anything thrown out, just because of a dirty agent. Tammy's admission hurt his case, not Cuff. Seems like you're the one that's not too bright on all this.
