Best Sniper Simulator and on the third day, God invented the Remington bolt action rifle. So that man could fight against the dinosaurs.. and the homoseckshuals. Amen!
Thank you, I’m currently 3D modelling my own rifle and due to not being a gunsmith, was having a bit of trouble visualizing how the action was supposed to work, this has helped tremendously
Dude it took me so long to figure out how the bolt goes back on its own before the bolt is actually pulled back. I literally racked my brain for like a month
Pro Zenitsu yeah, true, but I feel it’s for the better. autos aren’t really good for anything practical wise, maybe home defense, but then your intruder will also have one too which raises the stakes. there’d probably be a lot more shootings too if people could get their hands on an auto

hard to rely on bolt action,, its just good for long range hunting or an sniper with spotter perhaps ...if i would chose home defence and an sniper rifle, i still love the legendary m14😁✌️
This is so awesome! Amazing animation to help us understand the mechanics and motions involved! Thanks so much for taking the time to make this. Loved the music too!
I don't understand, how the empty shell moves back along with lever(I hope am using the right word) when the lever is pulled back? And how it flies out to give space for new one?
I dont have much knowledge about gun either but it looks like the hammer that slam the hullet has a little ring that like attach to the bullet to pull it back and there should be a spring where the bullet casing is retracting to which eject the casing out
Here is a good video showing it. An ejector pin throws out the old brass. Then as the bolt is slid forward it grabs and pushes the shell into the action.m.th-cam.com/video/XnHMBrtQNtE/w-d-xo.html
super vid but what i dont understand is the sear i think thats the name hold de kompresd firering pin and a sprind make that it come back up after a shot but why it goes down again just what it dont rest on the trigger after a shot it going up from spring tension so why the hell it goes down by dont resting on the trigger anymore? or is the answere this little nop at the end but there is a pin i think to prevent the sear to go too high some one knows the answere?
What are the advantages to having a bolt action weapon opposed to a semi-automatic weapon? seems like the user has to perform more actions when there are guns that can do it themselves. Also, could there be a burst fire sniper rifle that could maintain accuracy over long ranges?
It's a free game on Steam called World Of Guns, it shows you how to disassemble, reassemble, fire, reload and maintain dozens of different guns, maybe hundreds now. And how they work, with x-rays and slow motion
That rifle would be good, specially chamber in .22, if you want a beginner to let it shoot in shooting range. Because he has to pull the bolt each after shot, & not continuously shoot. So, it will not be dangerous if he keeps pull the trigger & accidentally aim someone.
I'm curious as well. I think this part is not modeled. By the look of the trajectory and how the next bullet goes in, it seems like there should be something that the casing hits with its bottom edge. Also see the new bullet doesn't fly out, so there's something that blocks its back half. I wish youtube comments had a drawing tool so I can visualise my thoughts :)
It is more reliable, because there are less moving parts, and the size of the bolt and carrier makes it so it can withstand larger, more powerful rounds
How TF is the sear dropping if there's nothing there pushing down on it. I only see the spring that pushes it against the bolt. Am I not seeing something?
The ejector pin does that which is built in the side of the bolt. A little pin with a spring behind it. Once it is tripped it rotates out and takes the shell with it then just that fast goes back into it's original spot.
Hmmm.... really considering mirror polishing all contact surfaces (trigger sear, bolt rails, feed ramp etc) on my 700 ADL, it is kinda gritty feeling... I’ve done it on .22s and noticed marked reliability, I’m just wondering if anyone has tried it on a 700 and if it’s worth it or if I’m going to be “fixing” something not broken?
On bolt action rifle it varies it can be on the bolt itself (like old WW2 rifles) it can be behind the trigger guard.....or it can be below the trigger on the stock. To clarify typically the .50BMG is considered a sniper rifle but any larger caliber gun can be used for it. It's not the gun it self that makes it a "sniper rifle" it's the application. So this gun COULD be used as a sniper rifle but most likely wouldn't be or wouldn't have to be.

I didn't understand how the bullet housing gets ejected can dome help me out ?? What really causes it to jump out the way it does
Can't you see the spring under the bullets pushing up .so every time he cock the bolt action the empty shell ejects
I think the spring pushes the cartridge at all times, but it does not jump until it completely comes out of the barrel
Gun is very good

The bolt has a hook what pushes and ejects the casing out. But on here you can’t see it very well
اخ لو بس ماخذ هل سلاح 👌👍🏿
Why is this better than a lever action?
It is more reliable, because there are less moving parts, and the size of the bolt and carrier makes it so it can withstand larger, more powerful rounds
What’s the wider flared part between the barrel and action called?
I believe you may be talking about the chamber, or of you are talking about the outside of the gun it could be the trunion
what the name of this program you work it

It’s free on steam
Is this a modern trigger assembly, there's no trigger adjustment screw visible?
How TF is the sear dropping if there's nothing there pushing down on it. I only see the spring that pushes it against the bolt. Am I not seeing something?
Good
Is the spring around the pin moveless? Cuz I can't see any movement.
The word you're looking for is motionless, and I can see it move about half an inch. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one to get brain cramps 😊
how can that empty shell bounced upward every time you pull the bolt. Which mechanism did that?
The ejector pin does that which is built in the side of the bolt. A little pin with a spring behind it. Once it is tripped it rotates out and takes the shell with it then just that fast goes back into it's original spot.
