Just made your recipe and it's so so good! Super light and fluffy. Modified the recipe to use sourdough discard and a bit less sugar. Subbed vanilla for orange blossom water and most of the sugar for piloncillo (raw cane sugar) Thank you for sharing!!

Totally! We always have extra buttercream prepped in the fridge at all times. Just let it thaw out for around 1 hour before using it. And mix it well with a spatula to smooth it out again before you put it into the piping bag.

If im making a large batch ahead of time for a party would the forsting be okay to be prepared ahead of time & sit in the fridge overnight?
