When the cupcakes came out of the oven, they were flat. Then when you ice them, they were bigger. Now I’m wondering if they’re the same cupcake. 🤷🏽♀️

How much milk and vinegar to make just 1/2 cup buttermilk?
What can I substitute for yogurt ?
