In your experience, is it common for a major hospital to deny all wrongdoing to the patient while also quietly firing the doctor the patient complained about? I just realized this happened in my case in CA.
@@NYMedicalMalpractice Thanks. I'm just confused by that decision. I'm guessing that either they are super confident that Northern California is such a hostile jurisdiction for patients that there is no way I'll ever find a lawyer willing to take the case or this guy was such a huge liability that they just decided to cut their losses no matter what happens with my case
Attorney Oginsky, we have unending appreciation for your work in cases of personal injury and medical malpractice lawsuits. This video clearly shows your knowledge, experience, and genuine concern for clients. Thank you!
Can the family of a person who died due to medical negligence still sue if the deceased declined any further life saving measures in their last days and chose simply to die peacefully?
Happy New Year - - and great succinct video at the WTC! (Necessity for (1) Clear facts + (2) Expert witnesses) By any chance does your firm handle *Survivorship* Causes of Action in NY?
The two parties are enemies to each other fighting in the ways the court permits. Not easy at all. My case ended at the point that the court had to deal with the perjury if it went any further. Be ready for the tough journey. Good luck.
You have a perfect opening and closing to your videos. Testament to the years of running the channel but it’s perfectly refined.
Thank you so much. I appreciate your kind words.

Can't answer that in this short format.
Yes especially if they failed to diagnose or covered up their misdiagnosis
What if fluoroscopy pictures one minute prior and during the renal artery rupture are missing?
Can’t answer that question in this short format. Would need much more information.
