The court is tricky. Even a lawyer can be tricked.

Can trivial matters of such nature actually end up in the Supreme Court hands?

My mother left a will, we have already signed the papers for the court to review them in NY, how long does it take the court to review them? Gracias

You need to ask your attorney that question. Different surrogate courts have different caseloads.

It not for justice. The court should order to make up this document.

This time, I understand it as the court wants the doctor swear under oath. Still it is too severe to dismiss the case.

May I ask you to talk about the first reason?

What reason are you referring to?

At 5:34, I heard there was another reason. @@NYMedicalMalpractice

Wouldn't you think a plaintiff attorney should be up to date with court rules about new formatting?

      I do.

@@NYMedicalMalpractice and yet in this case it seams like they weren't up to date with it. Granted as you pointed out this would have still got dismissed for a different reason as well. But if a case got dismissed on soley improper formatting by itself from the plaintiff attorneys rebuttal simply because they were not up to date. In my book that would give me a bad impression of that attorney.

Every now and then I will come and see your videos because I'm really disgusted about my lawyer losing the doctor having the wrong medical expert it's still disgusting and then him stealing 85% of the money. He was only supposed to take 40%. But your videos I hope people do watch them cuz they can learn a lot from you. My mother's death meant nothing to anybody but it meant everything to me. I am grateful that I did win because the hospital admitted negligence but like I said the lawyer took over 80% of my funds. My case should have been mistralled and reconvened later. But my crummy lawyer screwed it all. So I hope people watch your video and they take notes because once a case is over with there's nothing you can do about it.
