- Most 100-125cc Bike & Scooter uses old type carburetor which is different from the one found in the 150 and above cc motorcycles. This type of carburetor uses Air-screw for tuning, and the process is a little bit different. So let's watch the video

It's Air screw is very inconvenient side.
1st u remove inconvenience body parts, then u increase petrol screw that means rpm, then air screw turn and adjust better rpm position, ok.

Good detailing. Iam using Shine bike. Previously I was getting mileage of 54 to 57 per litre. ( There was a good mechanic in Kochi , who changed its main jet 102 from its OE 105) All Shine's main jet is still 105 size .
This done 8 years back. Absolutly no problem and bike can touch 100 speed.
Recently for some other works, a different mechanic cleaned Carburator and tuned by opening tuning screw to 2.5. Now not good mileage getting as previously.all other things are perfect in bike. So after see video I think mechanic might have tuned opposite as same of Splendor tuning. Is it ? -can you advice me. Prakashan.
