Have had a lot of ribs there. I have been disappointed only one time. Hands down best ribs in KC. Agree with your take on the Z Man. Nothing special in my book. The rings rock.

Appreciate the comment! Yes, I really enjoyed my trip there. The people were great too. We’re headed to the Carolinas for whole hog and low country BBQ this weekend. Then we’re taking the BBQ tour to Europe! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Should be fun!

I’m on a diet! 😂 No really, I have some weird onion allergy and will get really sick if they’re not cooked until completely soft. It’s pretty annoying really, since onions are in so much good food, but I manage. Lol.
