HOW TO: CHUMMING For Sheepshead (Is it legal?)

I've had a few questions about catching Sheepshead when they seem to stop biting. Chumming (scraping barnacles) may be the answer you're looking for.
* IMPORTANT * check the regulations in your area before you scrape anything!
