I'm based in Melbourne and have been into the car scene for 24
years now, I've seen drifting come and go I've seen Silvia's and skylines go from being worth $40k down to $4k and now back up to $60k for a Rough example, I sold new cars for Nissan for 14 years and its safe to say I have NISSAN BLOOD running through my veins yet here I am being unable to afford the cars I once had which has turned me to becoming a "HONDA BOI" I have to say they are great cars I love learning about them and lets face it value for money they are ridiculously fast!

Hey Tristan, do you know a John Cousins? He's a mod on the Perth Honda FB page, and he posted about 2 weeks ago about how he was messing around with the Speeduino engine managment for a turbo d16y4, and how he made it plug straight into the engine harness, was cheaper than a haltech, etc etc. I believe you actually mentioned something about this in a previous video, although I'm not sure about this. Thoughts?
I sure do, yeah I have spoken with John, he is just a very busy man we were wanting to do some plug and play kits, but he has a newborn and is strapt for time

Got acura TL 05 caliper and rotor on my wagon 90 rt, it stop as a new car it just requires some modifications and 17 inch rims

No you need 16 inch minimum

They will all fit if you just select the ones to suit ek civic, the best ones are the T07 I run those now and they are excellent

What wheels are you running? I did the swap with 04 accord callipers and my 14” are too small wondering if 15s will be enough
16s is ideal stock ek4 rims clear but best to run 16/17

How much was the big brake upgrade in front? Did you need to swap to ex knuckles I’m guessing you did upgrade the knuckles
need gli or sedan knuckles or ej8 or ek4 , the disc rotors were from Maxpeeding rods, pads are up to you and I used integra calipers
they look amazing
When will the new coil overs be a available ?

Hey mate did you have to change your brake booster for the brake upgrade?
you can change the booster, I am not going to for this build, if I was I would do a honded brake booster delete, save weight and get stronger braking force with better control, I have one on my black sedan and I love it

Nice work am, watch the videos often. It would also be good to know how you feel in terms of performance/reliability on the old vs new MXR coilovers as keen to getting a set but heard bad reviews on the older one.
I run the older ones in my budget track car and tbh they are great for the price, its a funny thing putting budget and track car in the same conversation but I have had a great experience with them , even overtaking wrx's and 86's
I will try get to shockworks to dyno them

The brakes 😍. Does it make your wheel poke out more? It looks like something id like to look into but my wheels are already wide
This mod will not effect the wheel offset

i was painted by a so called professional and then I repainted it properly this video was filmed before the cut and buff
