Day 2= ✔ I have been getting up the past 2 mornings and getting it done before I start my day! I have always struggled with getting up in the mornings to workout, but for some reason this time I have done it no problem! I changed my mindset, if you're reading this, YOU CAN DO IT TOO! whew! This 71 year old wants to reach her next birthday in about 6 weeks.....I found the burner exactly that! I have some rotator cuff issues in my r shoulder so was extra careful not tototally push myself to the extreme.Still very sweaty so worked hard. Off to do my usual swim with perhaps more emphasis on my legs after this work out. Perhaps not 2 k today ! or maybe I will when I get there! Thanks Sydney I love a good work out and you never disappoint. Have a good day everyone .
Cardio/Conditioning is my greatest weakness in exercise these days, which is ironic since I used to love mid-distance running and conditioning. However, one of my non-negitiables for 2024 is to be grateful for my strengths and to work diligently on my weaknesses . So, rather than substitute a strength-based workout for today's Cardio/Abs, I just said to myself, "You got this girl -- all in.. Let's go!" Your encouragement throughout this workout kept me disciplined and focused to stay the course, Sydney. Thank you 🎉
2nd time doing this!!! Away for our annual Christmas trip and was able to workout with my daughter-in-love…she picked this. Tomorrow I will do Pilates from today.

Wow this was so killer. As soon as I took my sweatpants off after the first circuit, Sydney said we’re getting warmed up. It’s like she reads my mind always. Going to do a 20 min stretch on her stretch playlist then have a wonderful, cozy Sunday!

Giving myself the time and patience to get myself back into the shape I was this time last year. These strength workouts will undoubtedly give me the strength I need to break through these plateaus and valleys I've been experiencing. I WILL PR in the half marathon this year!!!
Proud of myself. I usually work out at lunch but had business meetings all day and didn’t get home until later in the evening but still did the work out. I didn’t make an excuse. That’s a win.

Circled back to this one after a schedule disruption on Tuesday, and I’m so glad I did!! I loved the long rest periods with the option to move or breathe - it made me really ask myself what I needed in that moment!

I started a new job and still support my husbands business many hours a week in addition to 2 kids, pets, activities, dinners and house maintenance. I know we all struggle with this balance but this grind is taking a toll on me especially through out last month. I wanted to start this year off with a positive outlook, more patience, and getting back on track with my clean eating. I have not started that way and know it is affecting my workouts and mental health. I need to get back to food prep and figure out a way to jump start my 2024
Crushed it!! I actually loved the plank burpees because they were so dynamic. Sometimes I get distracted when I’m doing the same thing over and over lol, but those definitely got me out of my mind and into my body!

Does kicking my feet UP from my chair equal an active rest😂 whew! I did match her on a few of those active rests but my chair won for the rest. I did ‘em all and gave it everything! #CrushedIt 💫

Day 2 done🎉 since Jan 1st I've cut out my nightly wind down wine and its helped soo much. I wake up feeling more refreshed to do my workouts. So that's my goal is to continue with that and nutrition 😊 feeling good already!!
👑💪❤️🔥 I would like to see a breakthrough in my nutrition. “Healthy meal prep” is a gift I gave to myself last year and I want to build on that foundation. Controlling gut and thigh fat and building muscle, strength, endurance, and flexibility is my focus.
This was perfect for some cardio after covid!!! I chose the moderate option for the cardio and took all the 45 second rests. Would love a strength workout with longer rests between circuits!!!!
Cardio workouts are my least favorite of all exercises! I hike & run twice a week for cardio! However I stuck with it and made it to the cool down. Plank burpees! Oh my!!! Thank you Sydney for kicking my butt this morning!
Great push! Taking inventory of what holds me back (late starts etc) and it's for sure my nutrition and not getting to bed on time. I've let myself indulge and continue that into 2024 and choose social media before bed so time to turn the page on those habits to get my early start with these workouts and that helps me start my day making those wise healthy happy decisions.

I was doing her workouts up until the other day when I think I've been going too hard and have to slow down a bit. This is day two for me.. I'm definitely feeling it. I start your workout before I go to work. I thought I would be tire throughout the day, but I wasn't. My next step is to figure out meals and eat better.

Consistently staying in a calorie deficit is a hard one for me. Now I'm trying to bounce back from the holidays and keep reminding myself that I can't fall off the calorie counting wagon. I know some people have no trouble with it, but I snowball quick. So far good start to the year. Sadly, the "you can't outrun a bad diet" thing is true, at least for me. Love the workouts though, and they make me feel great.
Lordy that was a challenge. Tough but I made it. Still jet lag from My transatlantic trip, but just what I need to boost my energy for my day ahead. Grateful for this channel.
I get so happy just seeing the colors in the video that she puts together including her gear and her outfits. ❤ I didn't realize how important that is for me until I started working out with Sydney.

I liked the freestyle 45 second “breaks. “ added weights for most of the abs. Loved this one!
