Nice bike. I have a '22 Chieftain Dark Horse in the Icon color (Blue Slate Metallic). Look over the bike carefully for cosmetic flaws. I had several. The bottom of the rear fender had some paint drips. I didn't initially bother to make a warranty claim.. but it started to rust a few months ago so I had to file a claim. I also had some paint bubbles on the primary cover and also on one of the exhaust tips on the upgraded Stage 1 slip ons. Indian replaced the primary cover and rear fender but the exhaust is discontinued so they couldn't replace it and instead gave me a $350 credit. Aside from those issues, I've really loved the bike.
@randomstuffwithjoe Thanks. I watched your video about that. It was one of the videos I watched before I decided to buy my Chieftain. I did give the bike a good look over and saw no flaws in the paint. Thanks to your video.
@@MW_The_VA_Cruiser_Guy I should probably do an update to that video now that Indian has made it right, but I covered it in my last video for the 2 year owners review. Indian's customer service has been excellent.
Have the same one and added the rigid lower fairings and led road lights and love it. Does your run hot? My right leg gets a good roast from time to time. Wishing you awesome rides.
@@MW_The_VA_Cruiser_Guy I installed the DEI heat shield inside the pipe guard and it cuts the heat easily by half. Of course my lowers don’t help, cutting airflow.
I’m gonna say this with Harley Davidson going walk there’s gonna be a lot of people gonna be buying Indian bikes from here on out. I just just hope Indian doesn’t do what Harley did.
@stevenwright6573 I'm 6' 3", and I installed the heated extended reach touring seat made by Indian because the stock seat was it was uncomfortable. After 30 minutes of riding, my butt was getting sore.
Congrats, beautiful bike!

@gillesthouinjr6763 Yes, it does. I think that all of 116 run hot. I have a 111 in my Chief Vintage, and it doesn't get as hot.

Surprised you pick that over the challenger. I rode them both and liked the roadmaster limited the best.
Roadmaster is a beautiful bike but man is it heavy. They need to do more r&d and make these machines lighter.
@@loyalhearted6101 felt much lighter than my old ultra limited.
What is the curb weight of your new Indian
836 lbs. wet, But it doesn't feel like it at all. It's so easy to pick it up off the stand.
Thank you for info..looking at getting an Indian

What part of the 757 you from?
Does the Indian head on the front fender light up?
