Congratulations🎉 with you're first home well done.
Also i know that i'm a little bit late with this but welcome here in the Netherlands.
I really hope that both feel welcome here in the Netherlands?
I'm Dutch myself and both of you are more than welcome😊
Other than that a great video keep up the great work👍

How much did you end up bidding over? Sorry if mentioned in the vid and I missed it.

There is nothing helpful with this vid, the only basic facts which everybody knows; I have waisted 20 mins just to hear you brag about the fact that you got a place in the end but realistically nothing else. Did you even watch your vid? If you were an expat looking for info would your video help you in any way??

How long did you have to wait for the mortgage to get approved?

Why you speak so slowly? Is it because you are immigrants? 🤔

It seems English is their mother tongue since they're originally from North America. Rate of speech is personal thing, not because someone is an immigrant. if you find it slow, you can just speed up the video 2x

@@imcg2334 Yea, that’s rude to criticize someone’s speech pattern. I speak fast at times, and I had a long time friend make fun of me. I’m an artist & artist sometimes suffer anxiety bc we’re perfectionist and speech is a part of ur personality or identity.
Plus, they’re from Vancouver, Canada 🇨🇦. Most Canadians speak slowly & are very articulate. U guys r not nice picking at their speak 🗣
