Considering that there were Lucky Charms in the car instead of Cocaine, he would have been charged with felony evading. Plus you can make the case that since he's a NASCAR star, he would be released short time being in the station.

I had a neighbors dad I grew up with not only looked like him but had the same method of raising children. I learned quite a bit about being a man from him. As drunk and awful as he was. He went to jail at least once a week lol.
Kinda makes me wonder which would produce the better man; a dad parenting like Reese Bobby, or a father who encourages his son to cry whenever he feels a little emotional, that participation trophies are great because everyone’s a winner, and that it’s always best to contact a teacher or principal if they are being bullied at school rather than to stand up for themselves?
@@jaymiller6009 I have pondered that as well my friend. I'm thankful for the many men who raised me. If I was to be honest, my dad worked all the time and didn't do much of the raising. I was raised by drunk rednecks and an old black army vet who had been to wars. Not war, wars lol. There was no calling principal or any of the sort. My mother gave me my soft spots.

The Chevelle‘s only got bout three gears to work with since it’s an auto, and the vics got four and a top speed of around 120, plus it’s a movie.

its a small block 69 malibu given that it says 307 on the front fenders and has a column shift, and no SS interior from what it looks like, SS speedo would be higher than 120MPH, No SS hood, and no SS badging, there was a cool factory auto floor shifter that everyone was buying, when they bought one of these new, so column shift high performance chevelles are very rare, if there are Chevelle badges they were put on
