I have a Wascomat WHWF09810M - it's similar to this one but you can' take the front off by removing the lower panel. How does the front panel come off on my model?
I don't know of any information available that shows this repair. We keep saying that we have to make a video on that. Never seems to be enough time. To perform the repair, you have to remove all of the connections to the drum assembly - the gasket, hoses, shocks, etc. Then you need to lift the complete drum out of the washer - takes 2 people to do it safely. Once you have the drum assy. on the floor you remove all of the screws holding the two halves together. Once the inner drum is exposed & the face is on the floor you can proceed to remove the pully. Then using a bearing puller, you push the inner drum out of the bearing housing. You can then tap out the bearings & seals from the bearing housing, tap in the replacements then go about reassembling. There is a stainless-steel bushing on the drum shaft that the seals run on. It has to be in good shape with no grooves in it so that there is a water seal. If it is in bad shape the shaft will have to be replaced. Good luck!!
@@albertalaundrysystems5928 thank you for the advice and I will be working on it Saturday with my dad. Of course its also 3 weeks past warranty too but they covered the parts and mailed them to me
Very helpful! Thank you for your time to make this!

Any help in replacing the bearing for the drum? I have the kit but have no idea how to start disassembling it
