OUR STORY SO FAR:
We are Cory & Kristen Williams and in August 2014 we made the long drive from Southern California to Alaska to move into our new home in Eagle River. Here we’ve had the chance to explore Alaska, experience lots of wild events, meet lots of great people and endure the extreme temperatures that the north is known for. On December 20th, 2014 we got engaged after our Polar Plunge under the Northern Lights then later married by our favorite lake on May 23rd, 2015. Then on June 23rd, 2016 we had our first child. A baby girl named Chell.

Kristin, I so agree with your bathroom rant. Ladies, lift the seat up if you are going to squat. Men are usually courteous enough to lift the seat, why can't you? I don't want to sit in dry pee! LOL!

AAAAABOLUTELY. Women who complain about the germs in bathrooms are always the ones who pee (and poo!) on the seats AND touch the doorknob with their bare hands as they leave the bathroom. WHY BOTHER washing your hands and crapping on the toilet seat "because germs" if you just put your bare hand on the knob???? Sorry for ranting but this drives me nuts. SO YES KRISTEN YOU ARE SOOOO RIGHT.
Cory is right about the bathroom stuff Kristen. :P Hate to break it to ya. But don't worry, you where both right about the zombies. They'll freeze, everyone has guns, and we can also go hunting and gathering for food if need be. :)

Cory, I have been watching you since 2006ish. All the way from SMPfilms, MeanKitty, Mr. Safety, etc. I introduced LiveEachDay to my girlfriend last year (at the time DudeLikeHella) and she and I sing the intro and outro all the time, we make sure to watch your videos everyday, and you guys have been such a great influence on a lot of lives and a huge blessing to me and her. Thank you so much for all that you have done!

Haha! The joys of sleep deprived parenthood! It was fun while it lasted, but I'm so happy to be beyond baby days. (My last baby is 12.) Savor every single sleep deprived moment because it passes by far too quickly! Now go take a nap! :)
ahhahaha I guess the battery died?? Still a great vlog though, it's very real and true to life. I think you might need to recharge all of your batteries, the camera and yourselves!

Cory & Kristen, I've mentioned this before when you guys talked about getting a new couch but a Lovesac couch is amazing! It's super comfy, you can change and wash the covers and you can rearrange the couch whenever you want! That way you can change things up. Hopefully they deliver to Alaska!

+LiveEachDay I haven't seen poop in the urinal but I have seen plenty of toilets that I've chosen to dodge because the last person who used it crapped out a mountain load and didn't/couldn't flush it away
oh and Kristen he was right about the peeing away the leftovers thing, there's a lot of guys who end up doing that, either with their leftovers or someone elses....yes it's disgusting but it's the only time going to the toilet turns into an arcade video game

Hate to say it but as a woman who grew up with three older brothers I can tell you right now that Cory is right, he isn't the only one, so many stories I have heard over the years when they thought no one was listening but their mates.

That's one of my HUGEST pet peeves, Kristin! Wipe the darned seat, and sit down if you can't aim properly when you "hover." And if you wanna hover like Kristin said, wipe the seat off afterwards!

Yeah, I know, I'm working on the confusing aspect. Thanks for subscribing by the way! Right now do to all the stuff happening in my life, I'm only putting real time and effort into my vlog channel, this one. I'd also really like to build my entertainment channel (EpicSoren) and my game channel (EpicSorenGames), but right now I just don't have the time. I've got loads of ideas and things i'd love to do, I shut don't have the time or funding for all of that yet. :P
New parents and even veteran parents have those days. Hope today is a better one for you guys.

Put a spare diaper in the trunk. One time one of our boys vomited in the car and we had to ride for 2 hours with that smell.

They rent one of the ends of the mall to the college I think. There used to be a organic store at the other end but they moved too. It's a very dead mall, my classes used to be in there.
That mall tends to be on the more empty side compared to the other ones around town, always has been... At least as far as I can remember.
I think you are right, When the movie theatre was there it was kind of busy but not as much as other malls from what I remember.

We went to the Mattress Ranch about a year ago and had THE SAME EXPERIENCE! No one else was in there and the sales people all gravitated to us like we were the only people they had seen all day!

very useful suggestion...keep a spare, small diaper bag in each vehicle! You may have frozen wipes or diaper cream in the winter, but you will always have them available regardless!

I'm completely with you on the bathroom stuff! I use to work at a bank and there would be stuff anywhere! It was so gross! Here is a pro tip for you: Never sit on the couches in public places. I guarantee you they have all been peed on!!

Oh I forgot.. yes I get those weird thinn translucent hairs that grow in weird places. Have one that grows out of my forehead, one that grows out of my right ear, one that grows from my neck and probably more that I haven't found yet that are like 12 inches long lol. And the weird thing is is that they don't always show up. Just suddenly one random day, there one will be and it's like 2 inches long!
Furniture... buy something you can wash off easily!! That is a MUST when you have kids. No matter how well behaved they are, they're going to get it in to their head, at least once, to draw on the furniture. Nevermind food spills and whatnot.
That mall is always that empty. There is never anyone there, it used to be worse and all the stores were leaving until the university took over half of it. Peppercini's has amazing baked potatoes by the way!
Sleep deprivation is like permanent jet lag for awhile but this time in hindsight will pass quickly! I remember thinking with my twins (who staggered feeding times),"I will never feel rested again!!" But you both will!😜Try to nap with Chell several times throughout the day-housework and mailing posters can wait awhile,most people are very understanding!🤗
