Calgary tends to build small size with high quality materials for cheaper than Winnipeg. I’m in Winnipeg and most builders put tiled shower and expensive materials only on huge units and exclusive buildings and townhouses like this will be wayyy bigger and 600k dollars. Most builders build good size like 1000 sq ft townhouse with cheaper affordable materials and they still cost 360k and no garage. Just scattered outside parking with plug in

Love the accent walls in bedrooms and bathroom designs. It’s hard to find these in winnipeg as I said unless theyre super big and expensive
