    HI Ryan, may I know the price CAD630.000, is any GST applies and how much for the strata fee per month ? Is the price for corner unit ?

    • @ryanhawkinsyyc
      @ryanhawkinsyyc  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The $630k is taxes included in the price. The Condo Fee is $222/month.
      These units start from $490k's. This is a show suit so it has a lot of upgrades.

    Hi Ryan, may I know what will be included for the strata fee ?

      exterior insurance, landscaping, garbage and snow removal, plus reserve fund contributions. There might be some more included in the fee but I'm unsure at this moment.

      Hi Ryan, Thank you for your reply! Did the strata fee included the gas, heat and electricity ? Is any air-conditioning rough in ? @@ryanhawkinsyyc

      @@hudawong The condo fees don't include utilities. All of your utilities will come to about $200-$250/month. A/C is rough in as well.

      It's cheap compared to Vancouver. If I could handle cold weather, I would move to Calgary.
