Well here it is, the long-awaited new SEC fight songs video. I had mixed emotions if I should even upload this, because I already know I'm going to get criticized down below by good 'ol Vols, Bama, and LSU fans down below, as well as Mizzou and Hail State.
Let me just say, this was the hardest ranking I've ever done. If you go back and look at the old SEC video (my first ever video on the channel), Ole Miss was pretty low and so was Kentucky. Now I've found much better recordings, which is why they have risen so far. ALSO PLEASE REMIMBER that all of these are definitely top 50 nationally!
Also guys I haven't forgotten about the UNLV dynasty. Two things: 1. I have been extremely busy with college, and 2. In the last episode I was not in a good space, so I'm taking a small break from it. I'd say the next episode comes out sometime either November or December.

Fun fact: Texas fans never shout, “Hail, Hail, the gang’s all here.” Although that is the official lyric. They shout, “Give em hell! Give em hell! Go Horns Go!” But when they play Oklahoma it’s, “Give em hell! Give em hell! OU sucks!”

@ you know that’s a hardcore rivalry when it’s referenced on a weekly basis like that. I went to Michigan. We’d chant fuck Ohio every single week in the stadium. Didn’t matter who we played

Because it is, Mizzou's first part is a play on Its a long way to Tipperary because of the English soldiers Mizzou students fought with in WW1 so they wrote us a fight song as a thank you gift, then we do our little chant, then play our "2nd" fight song
Honestly Auburn should be renamed the war eagles since LSU is already the Tigers. Just think about it Auburn War Eagles, better than tigers in my opinion.

I’m a uf fan and I always would say orange and blue goes #1 obviously but respect for putting Arkansas’ up there it’s one of my favorites solely for the feeling I got as a I heard it when their fans stormed the field after beating ut.

Three things:
1. Overall a great video. Lots of great fight songs and good rankings. I think Texas A&M should be ranked higher, though purely from a musical perspective.
2. Did you intentionally cut parts of the fight songs from Texas and Texas A&M? I noticed you didn't put the full songs.
3. I'm not sure if the lyrics for the Texas fight song line up with the actual song.

In 2026 the PAC-12 will be adding 6 new members to join Oregon State Beavers & Washington State Cougars, 5 Mountain West teams Boise State Broncos, Colorado State Rams, Fresno State Bulldogs, San Diego State Aztecs and Utah State Aggies also from the FCS West Coast Conference team Gonzaga Bulldogs.

Anyone else notice that Georgia and Texas have the same song of "I've been working on the railroad" but just at different paces? Texas' is more nuanced. But Georgia's is pretty much straight up direct.
Just my observation.
I am pretty sure you are wrong. I always thought Georgia was Battle Hymn of the Republic
@stocktondavis5492 You're right. I forgot the actual name of the song . But it is the same music for both teams but at different tempos, and Texas' music is slower and with a different overall style. But you can sing "I've been working on the rail road" to both.

Texas SCHOOL song is set to the tune I’ve Been Working on the Rail Road. Sounds like Georgia’s is too but I can’t speak to that.
Georgia FIGHT song is set to Battle Hymn of the Republic and as far as I know the Longhorn FIGHT song was not an adapted song but specific use.
This list is a crime.

Ok, Tennessee's true fight song, even tho not official, is Rocky Top.
I wish you used crowd recordings with these. Some sound better (ex: a&m’s war hymn) with the crowd

Hydra, if I may, for Texas Fight, I recommend the higher quality recording the Showband of the Southwest recorded in 2015. The instruments aren’t washed out like they are in the old 2009 recording.

I get that Mizzou's song is okay, but I would've personally ranked it higher than Vanderbilt and Kentucky. Also I think Texas deserves to be #1. The crowd part with "Yeah Orange! Yeah White!" just hits different. That's also why I love Rocky Top but I get it's not the fight song. Should be though
