- Reichsbannermarsch

Probably the best mapper I've seen with showcasing the regions, name of country's occupation zone and Espeically elections that's mainly the thing i love about the channel!
Agreed, subscribed to them fr
I love how it switches to Burgundian Lullaby after Hitler becomes chancellor

You didn't get the reference
It's SS marschierst in fiendesland
WOW!
That’s definitely the most detailed map about Germany‘s history I’ve ever seen.
I wish I could give several thumbs up!👍🏻
Using TNO music to represent the 3rd Reich is brilliant for several reasons: Using actual Nazi music would increase demonetization risk, and it's fittingly ominous even to those who know nothing about TNO.
this is amazing i love how you even included the beer hall putsch at 9:04 its just so detailed great work
Holy Christ! Good video as always! This is probably the best video you've ever done!
Thank you! It was really nice to watch such detailed work you've done. Easily the best mapping history video.
This is the best video about the elections I’ve ever seen!
Wait you're here too?!
Looking forward to this. Your videos are always great and really detailed especially when it comes to things most mappers don't even care to notice.
Would be interesting to see France eventually :).
Insanely detailed video, probably the best videomapper i've seen in a while!
So much detailes and the music which was great, truly you are one of the greatest mapper with a very high quality videos!
Amazing video , this took a lot of time and it for sure was worth it !
Man i want to say your videos are so interesting, I love how you put details into each map,and how you even show each month.
Without contest the best video covering Germany’s history that I’ve seen from any mapper on TH-cam. Seemingly no detailed missed!
incredible video man, this channel is so underrated
Insanely detailed video, nice job!

Probably the best video of this to date so far!
The only mistakes I found is that the borders of the Russian Empire's Kholm Governorate were never used as international borders. The border of the General-Government of Warsaw and later Regency Kingdom of Poland did not overlap with it, and later the border of the Ukrainian State there defined in the first Treaty of Brest-Litovsk was also different and based on the Wieprz river. Maps of these borders can be found on Wikipedia. Also later the borders of the Reichskommissariats of Ukraine and Ostland fluctuated quite a bit as Germany captured more territory, and later as the Soviets began to recapture it. It's detailed on the German Wikipedia. Also the OZAV and OZAK should probably be shown similarly to Bohemia-Moravia or the General Government, as they had a similar status to Alsace-Lorraine or Luxembourg or the Białystok District, they were de-facto annexed but still administered separately and de-jure considered part of Italy.
But other than that, great work. Powodzenia w dalszej pracy, oby tak dalej!
Bold choice to include the swastika during the rise of Hitler and the third reich. Hopefully the video doesn’t get demonetized because of that.
Wow this is really good!
Wonderful ❤️this video 🇩🇪 for ever!🙌
This was surprisingly excellent, giving a great insight into german history. However, you should maybe have given a bit of context for switches in leadership explaining if people died or something. That aside, also a great music choice. Overall probably one of the best, if not THE best mapping video about Germany.

Great work.
you deserve thumbs up bravo
Great video
Really good!
Iam come here for see the WW1 period😮, amazing job bro, thank you
Your information is really detailed. I never agreed to it. 😮
amazing video
First of all thank you for this immensely detailed work. As always one may squabble about one thing or another but I am a little bit surprised on the German Borders 1945-1948. The eastern borders had been legally unchanged at least until the polish plebiscite of june 1946 (if you are very, very polophile) which allowed the "legal" incorporation into Poland and the incorporation of Königsberg into the Russian SSR (which I don't know when that legally happened). Before that, all of it was part of the soviet occupation zone but under polish/russian administration (as was the saarland which was under french administration (and which you include here).
Video suggestion: modern history of Turkey (1836-2024)
One of the best channels, but unfortunately it lacks support 😔
I love the level of detail, but I have to ask: What are your sources for this much detail?
Wow, thats crazy you clearly did a lot of research like where did you find Free State of Ash like i never heard of that
Loved this
I didn't realise there were separated Allied occupation zones after WWI, and that the French occupied the Rhineland for so long, all the way to 1930.
It would be cool to extend this to the German Confederation and Austria after 1815, as well as show German combatants like the Allies of the World Wars
Btw the only mistakes I'd mention is that in the sub-map for New Swabia, you didn't show that the French territory of Adelie Land in Antarctica also technically came under German occupation from 1940 - 1945, though de facto there wasn't any control exercised here. As well as that, the Germans did occupy Svalbard in Norway, which isn't shown. Would also be cool to show the EU when Germany joined.
The presentation of The French State as a sort of protectorate from 1940 to 1943 is problematic, doesn’t correspond to the reality of power exerced.
I Waited For This Video For 2 Years, It's Finally Here 🎉🎉
Thank you for putting your time and effort into these amazing videos! You’re already one of the best mappers out there!

Notified! I don't want to mess with the notification button. So I have to close it!
Great work. If I had to give one very minor criticism, it would be that you didn't include the small border change between the Netherlands and Germany after WW2 (which was later reversed a short time later). It's a very obscure piece of trivia so I understand, EmperorTigerstar didn't include it either.

Note, that West-Berlin was de-jure not part of the FRG until 1990
I found the election results over such a long period of time to be very informative. Apparently, in the Empire until 1918, first-past-the-post voting was based on a constituency. This explains why the “Center” had so many members of parliament and the “SPD” so few when looking at the percentage election results. However, the Reichstag until 1918 did not have much say, apart from the right to decide on the budget. The emperor appointed the chancellor or the government according to his will, without the participation of the Reichstag. I found the musical accompaniment of this video difficult to bear for the most part. But overall: thank you for this history lesson.
I love how the OST changes to TNO Burgundy when Hitler gains his power.
Best Mapper ever in terms of quality
When will you do a video on Bulgaria?
13:42 what,s that location in Australia
I love German history, it’s definitely one of the most important and interesting countries in Europe. Shame stuff like this isn’t taught more in American schools.
Amazing mapping btw
Maybe because… we’re suppose to learn about our OWN history? Germany already teaches its own history to its children like any other country in the globe.
Just go to Germany if you want that specific history lesson or just browse through the internet 🤷🏻♂️
@@firemangan If you went out on the street and asked someone to explain the Holy Roman Empire, you’d get a blank look, which is the same with most other subjects in history. I don’t mean an entire school year on Germany, but it would be nice if it even got mentioned
Please make video about Georgia
Why did West Germany stopped claiming Polish territory in year 1971? Also this is great video.
I thought they claimed it until the 2+4 treaty in 1990.
It was only a de facto stopping of claims, because of Brandt's so-called Ostpolitik. Until the 2+4 treaty, Germany didn’t drop its claims.
@@dieletztekavallerie395 Thanks, it is intresting, and I have not know that.
@@dieletztekavallerie395you're right with the "de facto". Both sides guaranteed each others current borders, but the treaty didn't say "germany drops its claims east of the oder-neiße-line".
