    You made this video a while ago. I was looking through my freezer and saw the leg of lamb. I recently purchased an Instant Pot and really like using it. I will make it next week bc I just some made some chicken. I really appreciate your video. Thank you.

    Thank you! I use the air fryer option in the ninja foodi at end for the browning part. Delicious! 👌😋

    What alternative should I use instead of the white wine? (Alcohol free)

      you could probably just use more chicken stock instead of the wine or I was thinking some sort of fruit juice or I have seen recipes where they use cola to cook meat in, that might be interesting!?

      Went you heat any wine the alcohol boils off. So no worries.
