Thank you for your amazing video! 😀👍🏽 My friend and I are planning to visit Auckland and Rotorua this December 2024, and we plan to rent a car to drive from Auckland to Rotorua and back. We have never driven in a foreign country before. 😅 May I ask you as to how was your driving experience in New Zealand? Are there plenty of road signs to navigate us to where we want to go so that we don't get lost? 😅 Also, we will be visiting Te Puia Maori Arts & Craft Institute, for the Maori cultural experience, would this be a "must-do" visit? And did you visit the Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland? If yes, what was that experience like? 😅 I hope to hear from you. Thank you very much! 😁
Hello Simone. New Zealand drives on the left side of the road same as Malaysia. I didn't drive since my uncle drove us everywhere there. But overall, it was a smooth experience on the road. There are more roundabouts than traffic lights which is great. There are plenty of road signs and they are very clear as well. Yes I think visiting Te Pauia for the Maori cultural experience is a must. The Maori people are so kind, welcoming, and funny as well. I haven't visited Wai-O-Tapu but judging from my other experiences in Te Puia, im sure it'll be great as well. I hope you have a smooth trip to New Zealand. It's a country I fell in love with and i'm sure you will love it as well.
