Because it's a daemon prince, and those have often shown to retain a lot of mortal foibles, unlike 'true' daemons. The game actually gets into this quite a bit.

Does anyone else find this game's base interaction and customisation a gorgeous implementation of XCOM2's design features? I'm not so much into this game's Universe or lore. The designs however, are too hard to ignore.

I'm disappointed by this game's lack of drenching one's self in Sororitas blood. Everyone knows that that's the most vital tradition of the Grey Knights.

I have high hopes for this game and everything looks good but then I just now saw the faces. Those fucking cartoonish looking ugly mugs.

Budget
Budget is a valid counterargument. But I also feel that it is somewhat influenced by the Fable series, we are seeing the best of the best when it comes to daemon slaying so having it be more light in tone is passable... The cogboy however is not off-putting enough, I will agree.
