One thing I learned from seeing this - if you reload you don't need to chamering your gun - just slap your magazine hard enough and punch your machine gun - that should do the trick
I love how rule of thumb is if you tap the mag after seating it you not only ensure its seared properly but also manager to release the catch/retract the bolt
These reloads could have been perfect if they just had chambering or an empty chamber reload... BFBC1 had that and I just dunno why they didn’t decide to implement the two animations into one gun. These animations and some of their bounciness give the guns weight, and I personally love the mag tapping animations lmao. The firing animations in this game are awesome too, the guns feel POWERFUL.
I love Bad Company 2, but boy are Bad Company Classic's reloads more satisfying. They have that crucial mag slap along side the use of the charging handle.
@@is9273 Not really. Apart from the dumb inaccuracies, BC2 reload animations do look quite realistic. Most of the reloads in BF3 and 4 look so robotic and floaty. Look at that sniper rifle reload at 2:55 for example. Details like the one where the player tries multiple times to adjust the magazine so it slides back into the gun are something we dont really see in 3 and 4. In those games the mag would simply just be slapped directly in place.
Heyo. I have a small request. Could you create videos where you show more animations such as, walk / sprint / slide / dodge and possible powers ? As much as I enjoy watching and learning how reload animations are done, I would like to study other animations.
Something I actually miss about these animations in spite of the lack of accurate and unnecessary actions is that they actually have weight to them. I find these more realistic and tangible compared to all later installments because they're not all ridiculously fast and they make the guns look how they feel to wield. People say the same when games like Squad and Verdun are compared to the AAA games, well I think BC fits somewhere in-between, if not at the former.
