You ever use one of them bumper conveyors ? Makes the job easier and quicker .goes up and down .If we ever build a double which is rare now we use one to load out .You must of used one mark that would come in useful on a big pine end like that one 👍👊

If you are on price Mark get a crane. Roof can be up in a day, breather and battened the next. Or buy new timber and make your own singles to bolt into triples in situ if thats cheaper. That's irrespective of the safety side of things. Time off for injuries or worse won't save money. I admire the "can do" mentality but some corners are not worth cutting. Looks like the customer has some shekels, can they chip in?
