This brings back a lot of memories for me. We climbed Fuji-san a couple of years ago, and yeah, it was REALLY DIFFICULT. I think I must have really pissed my partner off cause I was in such a bad mood all the way up. And yeah, the way down. Oh man. That was a killer. They really need to have signs to tell people how difficult it is. Really not a walk in the park. Needless to say, of course, in retrospect, I'm really glad we did it but MAN. It was tough.
Easily one of the most entertaining travel vlogs I have watched. You both have great humor , don’t over talk , show a lot of great locations, with good information.

Congratulations to the both of you! That’s an almighty effort. Something you’ll never forget. My niece and her boyfriend just did the trek up mt Fuji. He proposed to her at the summit. She of course said yes! She said the trek up and down was horrific! lol But glad she accomplished it. ❤
I mean, honestly, I get it. I get why this would be bucket list box to tick. However, after watching this, I am always torn? Mostly because when you climb something, you can’t see the something. Like the Eiffel Tower and Fuji-san, it kind of tarnishes the magic that only seeing from afar brings. But I respect the effort and the enthusiasm ❤

Nice video, I remember climbing Mt Fuji, I remember the way down being the worst.There are lots of huts to rest on the way up ,but hardly anything on the way down. We ran out of water 2/3 rds the way down and just did our best to keep moving.

Now I saw @abroadinjapan do this route with his friend Natsuki and stay overnight and THAT looked killer. You two are hard core stone cold adventurers. Although I’ve got to admit the length of the bike rides Chris Broad does make me worry about butt pain.

You should look into the Tour du mont blanc hike. If you book the huts yourself then you will be below your $100 a day limit. Most people hike it in 10 to 11 days. There is a lot going on with the hike. I had to make a spreadsheet to help keep it organized

Love watching your travel videos, ESPECIALLY the Japan ones. I wanted to make plans for a 3-week trip for late 2025 or early 2026, but I wasn't sure what were the best ways to save as much $ as possible. Do you guys have an in-depth video covering the best options to afford travel? Like credit card plans revolving around best travel cards or best ways to create itineraries on tighter budgets?

"A wise man climbs Fuji-san once. A fool climbs it twice." I of course did it twice, once in the day and once at night. Beautiful weather during the day climb. Rain and snow during the night in August. The weather is the big variable, hence all the different advice.

You probably won't get much from the next couple of games either, but just remember you have literally got all your hardest fixtures in one go. There are some much worse teams that you are yet to play, and I don't think you look like one of the worst 3 teams by a long shot.

Don't hold anything including a camera while biking. It is illegal in Japan since bike is actually considered as car under Japanese laws.
