So glad I ordered the $150 blood test -- they thought my cat had kidney disease and wanted to put him down -- the test luckily said it was diabetes and he's doing much better only a week later

Is this still current practice? To pull the plunger back while injected and then reinject what you pulled into the needle? That seems so counterintuitive. Also pushing air into the needle.... how does that not contaminate??
