the first 3D software i use is 3Ds Max, the 2nd i like very much until now is Blender but i learn Maya and become familiar with it, because i use all to make different personal project, i discover what gave autodesks softwares a litle advantage over Blender open source it's only some laging who cause the laptop to become very hot and drain the battery, the ability of blender to grow with major update like eevee next, where you can render a scene with a laptop without make it hot, and if they resolve, this lagging problem, i can say that the competition will become very hard for Autodesk.
I think there is a change in the python core of Maya 2025, because I wasn't able to use some scripts and plug-ins that are working on previous version (2024). Could that be true?
Thanks for the tutorial, really love you content, Another yearly disappointing release, with no major enhancements, only minor additions, Autodesk is killing Maya, seriously thinking of switching 😢

Man, I see an increasingly number of MAYA advance users switching to Houdini or Unreal. Do you think Autodesk is leaving MAYA slowly dying or what? That said, I love MAYA since version 1 and I'm not switching, but learning other DCCs because I'm afraid Autodesk will do the final movement and retire it completely, so I will be lost, basically.
Banger! I'm gonna share this with the rest of Glitch.
As we say at work: "May the force be with you"
Very cool video! Thank you!
No matter how much time passes, Maya is only for modeling, rigging and anime.
Everything else is done in Houdini.
Run away from Maya!
This video is very nice. I instantly subscribed
Great to hear
Thanks, for all the tutorials ❤
Smart extrude is still a lot behind MAX version. It doesn't support scale tool to produce smart insets and doesn't work on splines.
I agree
It's coming!

Ah it’s a super simple rig. They are just bunch of Arnold lights: A dome light with HDR anda spot light as a fill light (cool temperature)
@@sarkamari would you mind sharing that setup?
@@tekkdesign zoo tools have these templates built into the plugin shelf.

Houdini is great for sure for simulation and dynamics but when it comes to animation Maya is the best in the industry!
@No_Plastic couldn't agree more 👏
tutorial on how u did that style of viewport?
maya shouldve just renewed their viewport instead
