Simple forms take less time to make.
    Simple forms are easily repeated.
Easily repeated tasks create time for variations and fixes.
Easily repeated tasks are faster completed.
    Completed tasks build confidence.
Simple form exercises lead to experience in deconstructing complex forms.
Master simple forms and connect them together in readable design synergy to result in complexity.

best teacher for modeling in maya in my opinion, i've learn so much and actually gotten so much better thanks to your teaching of understanding the basic of topology from your courses, i cant imagine how far behind id still be if i had never laid my hands on those courses so thank you so much for all of your content and teaching, im sure if serious 3D modeler ever come through you, im sure they'll feel the same way like i did when i have a noobie, the way you break down those basics and fundamentals of 3D modeling for a begginner are just extremely vital to the soul of a serious 3D moderler, again thank you so much for those time and effort you took to explaining them basics for all the noobies, please keep it up

I have to make so many molded weird parts working for a company thats contracted with the airforce for maintanence through VR and I need to make aircraft parts that look like a hodgepodge of shapes. This helps.

I saw your videos in the past when I was in college as I always loved how you do hard surface in semi high poly when as that is what I always stuggeled with when it comes to the curved surfaces like those on guns so this helps as I wanted to get back into Hard Surface again

This is fantastic. I advise anyone watching this, not just for Maya users. Well done! :)

Thanks so much! I just began learning about topology this year and this video was really helpful with understanding how to keep my topology clean as my objects become more complex. :)

Great video, your tutorials are really helpfull, i have a simple request, it would be great to know how you changed the whole wire frame colour, the blue colour when you click on a object and everything.

Hello element, I would like you to make a video of the correct optimization of Maya and if it is better to have the latest version of Maya or one of the previous ones is better.
My Maya in particular is quite slow despite having a fairly powerful computer and I think it is because I do not have Maya and the computer is well optimized for its use, that is why this comment, greetings and thanks for your videos are of great help to I'm starting out in modeling.

Damn... I always thought that construction should begin from big shapes to small one. But now your workflow shows opposite approach and its rly make sense. Graci for high quality teaching content !

    • @Elementza
      @Elementza  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

No you got it correct. Big forms, to smaller ones. Only if unsure in how parts of the object connect then we deconstruct them in this way as a "collection" of smaller pieces put together. Feel free to check workflow videos on the channel for complete workflow

Hi bro. I follow your teachings with interest. I would like to ask you something. Since in Maya 2025 they have integrated interesting tools for booleans, bevels and hard surface modeling. If you want, could you do tutorials on modeling with these tools? Thank you very much :)

I have a question please! Do you use Maya with a Wacom tablet or just by mouse? I've been struggling with pain due to overuse of mouse clicks, and I'm considering to switch to a tablet. Hope you see my comment. Thanks so much for everything.

Hey, so for me, editing the pivot results in a custom pivot which I can't use for the mirror operation like Mario does at 23:30. Is there something I'm missing ?

It's always like that, you struggle then finally ask and 2sec later find the solution. I needed to enable Bake rotation in the Tool options.
