    Adidas Ultraboost Light Now $$76! Retail $190, probably the best colorway on sale of adidas Ultraboost Light IMO bit.ly/3FXA3LS

    Hes, for the very first time ever the other day, I tried on 3 competing max cushion running shoes that I've heard you praise most, at least in terms of being the most comfortable max cushion running shoes currently available today, and I was so surprised not by who the winner was, but by how easily of a choice it was! The following 3 shoes were the 3 I had my eyes on.
    • Asics Nimbus 25
    • Nike Invincible Run 3
    • Adidas Ultraboost Light
    As someone who over the last 10-12yrs has had a bit of an attraction /addiction to quality handmade leather boots, and I havent bought a single pair of shoes/boots from any other brand but Red Wing, whites, and the occasional pair of thorogood.
    So, although I grew up infatuated with Nike and Jordan's, and the occasional sneakers made by Adidas and even Asics from time to time, I feel as though I was rather unbiased when comparing the 3 shoes in my comparison.
    I honestly have to admit, that after watching your videos reviewing the invincible run 1 and invincible run 2, and just your enthusiasm for Zoom x, did the Nike invincible run 3 would have been the clear winner here.
    I'm disappointed about anything regarding this comparison, it is that I wasn't able to try on a pair New balance sneakers with fuel cell throughout the midsole, but unfortunately Dick's sporting goods did not have many New balance shoes at all, at least not at the particular location that I visited.
    Anyways, I was absolutely stunned that the Asics nimbus 25 was such a clear winner, and that the second place finisher was nowhere close to being as comfortable as the nimbus 25's were. The Nike invincible run 3s and the ultra boost lights were so inferior to the nimbus 25s, that I was not impressed enough by either of them, after being so amazed by the Asics, that the other two shoes left me completely uninspired, that I refuse to even waste my time awarding either pair 2nd or 3rd place.
    When the Asics nimbus 25s are so far in the lead in terms of comfortableness, that once you try them on, it had me viewing the price that Nike and Adidas are asking for their flagship running shoes, as a literal slap in the face. What asics has accomplished with its nimbus 25 sneaker, is to make Nike and Adidas appear as if they should be ashamed of themselves for asking such a high price for sneakers that are so inferior, that nobody who tries on a pair of nimbus 25's first, could seriously attempt to justify forking over their hard-earned money on the invincible run 3 or the ultra boost light.

    Hope they bring back the 19s. Most comfortable in my opinion. Ultraboost light’s standing comfort is bad due to the stiffer boost. I hope the next versions don’t get bulkier

    Best ultraboost in my opinion is still the ultraboost 1.0. Nothing beats that when it comes to casual wear and walking. The upper of the ultraboost 1.0 lets your feet breathe. Also i live in a tropical country where its much warmer so there’s that

      The 20 is way more comfortable if you want lifestyle shoe. Ultraboost light is better for gym and running but some find it tight for day to day use

      I walk 5-10 miles a day at my job, depending on the day. The Ultraboost 20's are one of the few shoes that give me no foot pain by the end of the day. I did snag a pair of the Lights on Adidas for their black Friday sale. Couldn't pass up the $95 price tag there. But I think I'll probably buy another pair of the 20's on Stock X or something, too. I really love that shoe all around!!!!!!

      @@kellybeth257 Im on my feet all day, wore a pair of 19s and two 20s down to the boost. I loved them, got a pair of DNA 1.0 and hated them, while comfortable and soft they just didn't have the performance fit or stability of constantly moving. The 22s were nice but the lites are miles better. Great if your staying on the move but if you plan on standing still for a long time go DNA. I just got a two more pairs of lites.

      Usually a retailer like Hibbett or Champs will release the new version in December but in 1 or 2 colorways. They will sell out. Official launch is in Feb or March next year. I wouldn't expect too many changes, just slight tweaks from the current model.

    • @wade_county
      @wade_county 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You'd have to hunt down Adidas shoes pre UB 4.0. Early 4.0's didn't have recycled materials but adidas kept that version long enough that the later ones did. Same goes for the later re-released 1.0's.
