- Tiday im taking a look at Adidas’s latest cushioning technology in the all new Ultraboost Light. Adidas has been working through so many different versions of the beloved Ultraboost however, for the first time ever this version has a new Boost Cushioning to make it the lightest ever made.

I think they meant that the ultraboost foam is 30% lighter, not the whole sneaker is 30% lighter. So if you take the upper out of the equation, 60 grams drop is kinda substantial.

Ultraboost 19 for me was perfect although it was on the heavier side still my favorite by far. Wish I could get my hands on a fresh new pair.

Actually stoked on these. I like the look so much more than the 21 and 22. I like how adidas mellowed out how the boost comes to a point on the heal, was never a fan of that profile. These are a definite cop for me.

Been wearing UB21 for a while, and it's so comfy despite being a bit heavier than other sneakers I have. Love the design and this particular colourway. Hope they add more colours!
what sneakers are u even wearing if 360g is heavy? standard j1 retro weighs around a kilo, n my 4s are close to 2. you gotta be like wearing exclusively slides cuz 360 grams is so light already

To be honest, I wish they would've kept the ultra boost 19 in production. I loved he look of the 21 & 22 but I found that the 19 were more comfortable despite having less boost. I HATE the 21s and 22s for running if it isn't speed session.

The 19 is easily the comfiest ultraboost. And they don’t bruise the top of the foot at the tongue seam like the DNA does

Can you try the new chunky Adidas Campus 00s. I really like them and don’t see many videos on them
Remember Adidas is advertising that reduce weight ina size 13 (More mass more reduction) when steeping down to a 8 or 9 it scales differently (less mass). It aging to be close to 18-21%.

You’re instincts are good , Ultraboost 19 is more comfortable that 20. They formed up the stack on the 20 and made it a touch thinner too to free up weight. The ultraboost cushions only Achilles is the weight. I’m really enjoying the Terrex Free hiker on that og boost stack in the shoe boot shoot

I didn't look back to the ultraboost.... I move on to the ultra 4Dfwd . It is the most comfortable running sneakers i ever worn. If you like more for casual wear try the X polarboost

I definitely think it’s the most attractive ultra boost yet. As a non-runner myself, is it a $190 lifestyle sneaker for me? Not a chance. But when it goes on sale around Black Friday ‘23 I’ll probably be curious enough to pull the trigger.

Could you please tell me how many grams exactly does your right ultraboost 21 companion weigh? Because my right one weighs 362 grams as yours but left one is 354 grams and I doubt it may be a fake one

I think you should try Ultraboost 22 it is more comfortable than Ultraboost 21

19 was the most premium look .. but it seems they’re moving away from premium to expensive running shoes

How do these compare to the Nike Invinsible 3s? Just got the Invinsible 3s and am loving them. I also own several pairs of Ultraboosts and they were my favorite in terms of comfort before trying out the Nikes.
Nike’s invincible run is more on the marshmallowy side of feel on foot, whereas adidas ultraboost (the latest version) feels more springy and plush somewhat.
Is invincibile 3 good fot wide foot?

It can still be the whole shoe if his ub lites are a larger size then the size of shoe adidas referenced when advertising the weight of the 22s. A size 7 ub lite can still be 30% lighter then a size 7 ub 22 even if his size 9 ub lites aren't 30% lighter then a size 7 ub 22.

I just got these. My feet got pins and needles after my workout (numb) I have half a thumb space for my toe hopefully the knit expands/stretches after some use

I oddly think these are the best looking Ultraboosts. The OG’s are cool, but I really like how thick the UB Lights midsole is.
Same. I’m not sure why as I don’t really like many thicker sole shoes but these seem to work for me.

I'm usually a UK6, got the size 6, it turned out to be a super snug fit. I recommend getting half a size up

The lightboost isn’t actually boost I think. The way it is lighter is because it’s not the same compound. Boost is made of ETPU beads but the lightboost is probably supercritical (gaz infused) ETPU or maybe even PEBA.
Same feeling here. Got 4 pairs of UB22 and difference is substantial. Also hope I'm wrong but IMO this material isn't as durable as original UB. Probably Adidas needed something to compete with ZoomX. And while ZoomX is great it is also really really short lasting material.

Invincible run, NB fuelcell, NB freshfoam, Nimbus 25 should be all more comfortable than UB Light, midsole wise at least.

The weight of the shoe is not linear with the size so I think it is up to 30% lighter in a very specific sizing
