my father lived to 93 in excellent health and he and Clint almost looked identical we always wondered who would go first they share the same birth year, my dad was born in June. My dad died first. He died from a fall doing something he shouldn't have been doing - so had bleeding on the brain and died a few days later. He was slim, fit and active - still making furniture and fixing his car etc, but we wanted him to give up the power tools. Ate meat, eggs, fish, chicken, seafood, and never had anything but a cooked breakfast every day - lunch was always half a plate of protein half a plate of vegetables. Never touched processed refined foods. Enjoyed about ten cups of tea a day - and if he had a treat in the afternoon it was just a homemade fruit cake or something with butter not margarine but he was proud of being slim and fit. Only problem was he didn't do resistance training so he was fit but lacking muscle - hence his wobble off the ladder and falling. If only he'd let us clean his gutter.

Clint Eastwood is my favorite actor of all time. His Movies were always at the top of my list. Westerns like The Good The Bad and The Ugly, Unforgiven, and then the Dirty Harry series rank among the best of all time in my books.

Cut out sugar , bad cooking oils, , eat veggies , no deep fried anything , eat free range chicken , walk and dance . fish , sardines are v healthy and cheap ,grass fed meat, ,sleep well, cut out cakes cookies sweets, love and be nice to people especially children, watch Clint Eastwood films. limit alcohol , vote Trump .

Clint's approach is very similar to what I do, except for the TM, which I did in college before Jesus revealed himself to me in the meditation room. I had just prayed "Jesus, if you are real, show me." He filled my heart with the essential love of God and proved He is more powerful than my other spiritual pursuits such as Buddhism, martial arts, and mind-altering drugs.

Steak fish chicken and eggs. Limit carbs a lot no sugar. But spinach must be a no ridiculously high in poisonous oxalates. Sounds good except the oxalates and fructose in the veg and fruit we don't need them, nutrients are rich in steak vegetables are over sold by the industry.. Ps weights fantastic a must to maintain muscle and bone density, a healthy body makes a healthy mind and mood.
Beef, butter, bacon & eggs. Occasional chicken or fish. Limit carbs and sweets. Carnivore diet is the way to health along with walking and weight training. I've done it forever!

@@Petunia-fl9lu yes much lower in oxalates, a few more nutrients than spinach, but for me it's just not as bad as spinach. Compared to the nutrition in a prime steak the leaves have very small value, have look at the oxalates in spinach it's just poison.
I met Clint when I was 5 years old. He was on some TV show called Rawhide. I’m 70 years old now. I eat a Carnivore diet. I’ve seen Clint around Carmel California a lot. He drives old dirty cars. He is very cheap and conservative

figure out what you need, and take care of yourself - don't ever think that, "maybe you can get away" with something - be careful, and don't take that risk, because one day the risk will become a reality (if you have a one in ten chance of damaging yourself, then one of the to times you take the risk, the thing you are risking will occur :)

Its genetics. It doesnt hurt that his mom lived to be 97. My grandmother has never watched her diet; she eats what she wants. She's older than Eastwood. All of her siblings out-lived Eastwood, too and her parents died in their 90s a loooong time ago before there were all these dos and dont's... Enjoy life and stay active. There's nothing better than walking or riding a bike, or just finding things that you're passionate about, and yes, eat to live.
He looks really good for 93's, I can only hope I will look just as good as him at that age!

That’s a true comment avoid sugars and refined carbs and just some wine occasionally or skip it entirely if you can. There’s plenty of doctors on TH-cam that will tell you sugar is the root of all human problems, but the desire by companies for profits get in the way of people eating healthy they know sugars are addicting and they’re not good for you, but companies gotta make profits.

I actually and regularly to have the same diet being; eating food for the purpose of proper nutrition, to sustain a healthier life.
He's still a good looking old man. He really shows his age but most importantly is he's healthy and happy. At certain age we cannot hide it
And above all - his brain is way above Presidential levels.

I read years ago that he's always flossed his teeth every day and even admonished Sondra Locke for not doing it.

Clint is the man. Watch a movie called "What the Health." You won't eat chicken, fish, beef, pork or dairy anymore. Very interesting and funny. As far as cravings go, the only thing I crave is vegetables love them. Oreos ha ha they are vegan. 12 years solid, I work out and run nearly every day and now a senior citizen. Love it. People say, do you treat yourself sometimes with a burger or something I think I would puke, I have absolutely no desire to so-called treat myself. Awesome Clint one of the best for sure. The cravings in the beginning for me were pizza and ice cream but I found substitutes and if you put sauce on anything it taste good ha ha.
