Just made it and it tastes great. I did add a half a teaspoon of cinnamon though. ☺️ Also, I don’t know if anyone else ran into this, but I’m pretty sure my bread was done after 35ish minutes. It looked done to me but because I was trying to stick to the recipe I ended up waiting until there was 13 minutes on the clock left and it overcooked the outside crust a bit. I highly recommend adjusting the baking time as needed and checking it after a half hour-that was my only regret!

I am so confused about 1 1/3 cups of flour. I always lost time with recipes that don't write grams measures but at least I can google it, for this measure I couldn't find anything so it was very annoying. I ended up putting 120g of flour so it would look like in the video. I'm just saying this because maybe you might want to add the international measures. edit: The cake was delicious. Also I put cane sugar instead I don't know if that's important but I think it improved the taste.
@@jasminemorales5964 thanks, but the is strange because the cake turned out perfect with 120g of flour. Actually maybe the only problem was that 1 tsp of baking soda wasn't enough for 120g of flour so I can't imagine with 180g. But could you explain me what "1 1" means please?
Well… not bad for my first ever try at banana bread. It turned out chunky vs crumbly which I would have preferred. I made some mistakes / substitutions that were out of my controldue to what was in my pantry at the time. Overall super easy recipe. Looking forward to taking another crack at it 😊 🍌🍞
