Took me almost 5 hours, numerous videos and even the garbage instructions to figure out how to install this fan. It actually took less time to build my PC from the ground up than it did to install this one fan. This was the only video, along with the twitter video, that was actually useful and helped me complete the stressful process. @@Nickyo Hey, I am planning to buy 2 fans for my NZXT H510 case. Is that alright? Because I still dont understand the difference between intake and exhaust. Question: If I want 2 fans for my H510 case can I just order 2?
You can change any fan to be either intake or exhaust just by switching it around! Do take note that you need the Hue2 hub for rgb fans if youre thinking about building inside the normal H510 and not the elite!
hi Do you know if I can add one more Aer RGB 2 120mm fan to my existing daisy chain connected to my Z73, without having to purchase an HUE accessory? So, the Z73 comes with 3 fans, but I bought 2 kits of 3 fans each. However, my case has 10 fan slots, so I want to buy a single Aer RGB 2 120mm fan that matches the ones that come with the Kraken Z73 to complete my build. My question is whether the chain of these 3 fans, controlled by the Kraken, can support a fourth fan of the same type to be placed at the back of my build.
Great video @Nickyo. Thanks for the video! We have a compact H-510B case with two fans. I replaced the top fan with the AER RGB 2 and left the back fan with the stock fan but am not sure if I hooked it up right. Both fans spin but the AER RGB 2 fan is not lighting up. I didn't touch the stock fan and wired the AER RGB 2 to the lighting controller (nothing to/from the in/out ports) and lighting doesn't work. The LED strips out of the controller work fine. Is it possible to replace just one fan or do I have to replace both in order to get the lighting to work?
Do you know who I am not seeing my front two fans on the NZXT CAM app? I’m only seeing my Led strip, the fans are on but only in white RGB , I’m not sure what to do

I literally installed it though, step by step, what more did you want lol
Dude, you didn’t even show how to daisy chain.
Theres nothing really to show, its really just a cable going from one fan to another. So from the bottom output conector on the bottom 140mm fan up front to the input conector on the 120 fan
I could post a quick twitter video if you do need it though, let me know!
@@NickyoPlease do, if it took you hours without instructions, it’ll take your viewers hours without instructions.
The Instruction Manual made literally 0 sense.
@@6storydrop I appreciate the feedback its my pinned post on the video!
@@Nickyo I appreciate you! Couldn’t find a video anywhere, hope someone finds it their time of need as I did 😭

This dude literally pronounced "LED" as "led"... 😐
LED an acronym, not a word. Weirdo.
Damn, you're right. No excuses but acronyms tend to be read in other languages rather than pronounced as a whole, was a thinking in another language throughout the whole video I guess. Will work on this for the future.
hi Do you know if I can add one more Aer RGB 2 120mm fan to my existing daisy chain connected to my Z73, without having to purchase an HUE accessory? So, the Z73 comes with 3 fans, but I bought 2 kits of 3 fans each. However, my case has 10 fan slots, so I want to buy a single Aer RGB 2 120mm fan that matches the ones that come with the Kraken Z73 to complete my build. My question is whether the chain of these 3 fans, controlled by the Kraken, can support a fourth fan of the same type to be placed at the back of my build.
Thank you
