The 636 is definitely the better buy imo ,we are a little biased tho’ but that 4 double r is giving me that step brother vibe as well , with the frame being trellis steal instead of boxed steal or aluminum , instead they should of used some sort of hardened aluminum frame , to make it lighter , it’s only 12 lbs lighter than the 636 💁🏻♂️ if I’m not mistaken , brake system could of used a lot more of an up grade , for the 11 grand , idk 🤷🏻♂️ it seems like you got to spend another 11 grand to getting it to run like a 636 , so might as well get the 636 and put it in rain mode now you got a zx4rr on a 636 in rain mode right ? But people who have the money to throw at the 4rr , better throw more money 💰 in upgrades or they will be riding around on a half capable bike that’s begging for upgrades…
damn i agree with everything you said and more things you mentioned i didnt think about... yea i dont really see their goal with the 4rr, especially the pricing like you said. i feel like they should have focused on making this more of a track bike but they made it a commuter.
