    Hi friends,
    One day I weighed 154 pounds and decided to lose weight for better health. I managed to reach 121 pounds and am now working on turning it into healthy habits. I always avoided calorie counting and focused on eating healthy and enjoying the food the most. :)
    Now, in this channel, I plan to share the recipes that helped me lose weight with one or two videos per week. These salads either have high protein content or are served alongside a protein meal. I'll also show how to prep these salads at the end of the video.
    These recipes helped me lose weight, and these videos are based on my personal experience and may not be suitable for everyone as I'm not a nutritionist.

    Ingredients for Creamy Cucumber Salad: 0:00
    5 to 6 Persian cucumbers
    1 red onion
    A bunch of dill.
    Salad dressing: 2:17
    Lime or lemon zest
    Juice of half a lemon
    1/2 cup Greek yogurt
    1 tbsp sour cream
    3 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp dried mint
    Salt and black pepper to taste
